I waited for 20 mins not because it was busy but because the girls were having a conversation about there personal private life in working hrs while being paid i listen angry 😠 but I understand both languages English n Spanish the worst thing is that u cant get mad or complain because I have seen first hand how they tried u n make u wait for no reason if u upset them .there should be cameras upfront monitoring the employees to make sure that there doing there job n everyones gets tried equally. Makes me sad to say this has been going on for to long years and everyone 😪 choices to let it happen because they dont want to deal with it sad were allowing our own system to corrupt... Its our fault for allowing it to happen n not putting an end to this. Shame on us.

Workers I dealt with had absolutely NO compassion for others! So nasty & rude & it wasnt even called for! All that was asked is why? Why is the Pandemic UI being counted as income? It was NOT supposed to be!
