Very quick, very friendly. Good place for basic maintenance

We were driving back from Montana to Minnesota and woke up to a flat tire. Not only were they very fast, but also very friendly! On top of all of the stress of a long drive a flat tire would have put us over the top. The manager even said that they wouldn’t charge since we were traveling. Amazing that there are still good people out there!

Set up appointment on the website. Nice people. Called me to discuss issues they found during inspection.

Had a replacement tire on hand and very fast RV repair. Didnt even make it to a 2nd cup of coffee and they were done..

Were on the spot notification on any needs that my car needed while getting a oil change, my car needed an air filter, and next oil change a cabin filter, thought it need a tire rotation this time also, but tires looked great and save me the cost.!

Today I was traveling over 550 miles for work. I stopped in town for fuel and noticed my rear tire was low. I found Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center via google maps and saw they were going to close in a little over an hour. I made my way to the store and they were more than willing to get me in and check out my tire. It was only a leaking valve stem and they changed it out. The team at the store were very professional and cordial with all customers. I would highly recommend this business for your tire and oil change needs.

I was traveling home with a used truck I had just bought elsewhere and needed an oil change. They got me in right away with no prior notice other than calling ahead about 30 minutes before I was going to arrive. Did exactly what I needed and had me back on the road in under 45 minutes. Night and day difference from the Quick Lane crew down the road in Valley City, ND who couldnt even be bothered to acknowledge me when I walked into their empty lobby.

Absolutely excellent service nice friendly staff

Scheduled me in to work around my schedule when I could not get an appointment and had it done on time. They were very accommodating and pleasant about it. I had oil change and rotation done some time ago and it took twice as long as they said it would and when I came to pick up my vehicle there was no charge. These guys know what customer service means and they are good at it. I would recommend to anyone, it is worth the drive to get my work done. Great value as well, reasonably priced.

I was driving through Jamestown on my way to Bismarck on a Saturday afternoon in late July 2017 when I had a flat on my rear inside dualie.. Everybody was closed except Quick Lane, who was open for another half hour. They dont typically work on my type of vehicle but they offered to help. They did an amazing job changing the tire, fixing the tire with the flat, and remounting everything. They were so competent and friendly. I highly recommend this Center. Alex, the manager, and his entire group of workers went above and beyond. THANK YOU.

Stopped while on a long drive to have the vehicle checked over. This place has such great staff and customer service. I was in a bind not being from the area and they were able to help me. I appreciate the service I received from this shop! I would recommend it to anyone traveling or in the Jamestown area.

The customer service was great from the moment I called! They even brought my filter out to show it to me, you dont get that anymore these days! The staff was friendly, helpful and quick. Ill be returning for sure!

These guys are top notch. Not only did they get my vehicle in almost immediately, but they went to work fast and got my family and I back on the road . If this same team was in Bismarck I would have my company amounts moved over immediately . 5 stars.

They actually installed my brake pads on backwards and I had no brakes. It took 2 more visits, 3 days with no or bad brakes and 1 day with brakes that hung up and got so hot there was smoke coming off the front wheels and multiple arguments to get them to remove the wheels and find the problem. BE CAREFUL! THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS!!! They left both front wheels on my wife’s minivan loose. She hauls around our kids and daycare kids. Lucky I caught that one. Before that I ordered 4 new tires and only got two. They installed the 2 new ones anyway and left the two old ones on before telling me it would be at least a week before they could replace the other two tires. They didn’t get the chance to sell me the other two tires.

We stopped through Jamestown because of a rattling window. We didnt have an appointment, but Jason came out and fixed it anyway. He wouldnt even take any compensation. A wonderful experience!

Ive only been there twice but I will definitely not be testing if the third times the charm. They have forgotten my oil cap, said they looked everything over and fixed my brakes, only to have them crap out on me two weeks later. When I called they asked if I could bring it up Saturday morning and leave it there for someone to look into. Of course I was willing, I needed my brakes fixed as soon as possible. Saturday morning rolls around and I get up there, little Greg tells me that since there isnt an official appointment they cant take it. When I called they didnt mention anything about an appointment, they said to just bring it up. Conveniently, the manager I talked to happened to be in a meeting so I couldnt talk to him...Needless to say I will not be going back there and I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

They say no appointment necessary, but make one if its later in the day. Ive tried around 5:30ish a few times as I work out of town, but everyone has been sent home...despite being open till 7PM. After figuring this out I called ahead this last time and said Id be there before 6, sure, bring it in i was told. Pull up at 5:50, sorry, skeleton crew again and no one to change oil. Evening hours do not help if no one is there.

I was a customer, until I was convinced after an oil change it was necessary I needed new back breaks. I was hesitant but told they could give me a good deal cause it was a safety hazard. Barely 2 months later I had to have the vehicle inspected for other reasons to find out these new breaks were shot! I returned to the store annoyed I spent $80 at a time I didnt want to, and they were already garbage. They failed to state i needed new roters and slapped breaks on over top of them so they cut into the new breaks. Well they wanted to inspect it themselves. Did so, then gave me the run around saying they were fine. They werent fine. But Im not going to argue. I was told someone would follow up but that never happened. I have not returned since. Every time I recieve a mail flier from them Im reminded of this irritating experience. Not satisfied, and even for an oil change they were very slow.
