On our way home from Minnesota to Washington, our truck went into limp mode. We crawled into the Jamestown exit and stopped in at NWexpress to discover our camper also had a flat tire from having to pull over on the shoulder so often. The team at Jamestown NWexpress were so kind and went above and beyond to fix our truck and flat tire. The gracious hosts at the comfort inn just a few doors over allowed us to stay two full days as we waited for the truck part to come in (fuel pressure relief valve). The guys at NWexpress worked so hard to get us back on the road the next day and we are so grateful for them going above and beyond make sure our vehicle was safe for towing again. Thank you!

We were in a bind having a severe death wobble in our truck while on the road pulling a heavy load. When we made it the NW express they were not able to accommodate our large truck but it didnt stop them from bending over backwards to lift our truck in the air to do a free safety check to make sure it was safe to travel to Fargo where our truck could be serviced properly. I would highly recommend this service center excellent customer service and knowledgable technicians!!
