Well they scanned it as delivered, here i sit still wondering where my package is. Theyre the most rude and inconsiderate customer service and provided no help. You would think they would be able to contact the driver that supposedly delivered it.

One of my packages that I sent was all messed up and broke when I called about this all I got was the run around at the end my grandsons Christmas package was broke and I had to replace it i will not use FedEx again
Worthless Company and location! Watched them throw my 3000$ laptop, drop it then try to hand it to me! And delivery lol, Forget it being on time even if paid for 2nd day with Saturday delivery! They will loose it and you will have the fight of getting a refund plus finding your items.
Deliveries are never on time. We had an emergency delivery to be shipped to our business address. We have been in the same building for 8 years. We have a huge sign out front in a parking lot full of vehicles. The driver did not even stop at our location he simply noted the delivery that the business was not at that location and returned it back to their shop. I contacted FedEx corporate and they told me that they would have someone meet me at the local location to pick up my package and to wait for a phone call. Finally at midnight I was told that that was not going to happen. I told FedEx the next day people will only be at the office at 8:30 a.m. and then they had to leave to go for training. FedEx refuse to guarantee me delivery at 8:30 even though the missed delivery was 100% their fault. We will be instructing all shippers not to ship our packages to US FedEx. In the future we intend to refuse all FedEx deliveries.
These people have the most incompetent people. They obviously cant read. The label clearly says back of house. Ive had to call just about every month. Im done with FedEx!
Can you just explain to your delivery drivers that if a package is to be signed for we need to sign for it. You just left it we watched you just leave it and walk off the porch. The item was very expensive over 500.00 and we live in a scummy area. So Im presuming one of the drivers just forged my husband or faked a signature. At some point when we arent at work we will be calling.

FedEx freight is the worst! They lost a large item on a pallet! They found it a week later across country, and still sent it the slowest way back they could. No customer service and accountability to fix a problem. But they will look into it. LOL . I wouldnt ship...... with them.
Never delivers where it needs to be. We live in a trailer court with clearly marked units and they still deliver to the wrong ones. Cant get a hold of anyone to figure out where it might be.

In 18 years of owning the same house in Falconer, FedEx has NEVER delivered successfully to my address. Always one problem or another. I hate when Amazon chooses them, because I know for a fact that I will not get my package on time and eventually I will have to drive out there and pick it up. I would give them a zero if the review allowed it. NOT impressed.

Never deliver on time. Had 2 items ship separate on one order. Received the larger package and second package never came “due to weather at delivery” I have them hold package at a pickup location and now it’s not available for 5 days.
FedEx is terrible. They put my package back on a different truck and sent it to a different state. I paid for express shipping for a birthday gift and not only is my perishable item several days late its lost in a different state. So even if they somehow get their incompetence together and find my package it will have gone bad. Thank you for ruining my Wifes birthday surprise.
Never problems with location, only problem I have worth delivery is sometimes the veteran driver runs away before I can answer, lol. Not sure why as he knows Im likely here.

Worst service ever! A package to be shipped to Falconer, NY over night to arrive on Monday. Sunday my package was in Newark, NJ and today, Tuesday, it is Memphis, TN further from my home. Tomorrow it is supposed to in Falconer, ny. Well see where they send it next.

Then I have no idea I have packages outside they are the only ones that will leave my packages outside by my garage and never ring my doorbell to tell me I have something delivered. On black Friday i ordered a phone from Verizon Wireless website. Verizon offered priority overnight shipping (sounded suspect) via FedEx by 10:30 AM. 10:30 AM past, so i called Verizon who immediately blamed FedEx. Long story short, Melissa and crew from the FedEx shipping center in Jamestown, NY (KJHW) dug my phone out and called me to tell me found it. Went and picked it up, problem solved.
Ordered from online pet store. They were to deliver. Called them and they said a delay because they assumed my address was unsecure. Worst Service Ever.

So disappointed when I had worked on something all day, show up to get it shipped to a customer who needed their item, but was turned away due to misplacing my ID. Frustrating
