Great customer service! One part of my office chair was damaged during shipment. I called their Customer Service Department and they immediately shipped me a replacement part at no charge. They were very friendly about it. I would definitely buy from this company again. Oh, also, I love the chair!!! :) Chuck

Wont stand behind their products, thirty minutes wait on support line, customer service unreliable and wont follow back up with you. warranty is what you get from them, not actual help.

Amazing customer service. Really. I just spent about 20 minutes on the phone with their space planner, Ed, who helped me figure out how to best furnish a work space for two people who are job-sharing a nonprofit job. He helped me at length, despite knowing that we have a microscopic budget and werent likely to buy much. The receptionist there was incredibly nice and helpful as well.

Great place to work for - Family oriented, manufactured in the USA, local- thriving business. I purchased a lateral, which was missing some inside file pieces - Tracy from parts dept. sent them right to me in a few days. Great product - Love the Refinery line and cant wait for the Refinery Living Room furniture to make its debut!!!
