The staff was very friendly and I was in and out in no time. Wife broke her phone so got a new one for her. The staff made the transfer fast and easy.

They were nice but couldnt fix my phone. Im undecided how i feel about that. I might take my phone elsewhere and see if it can be fixed. They were open until 8p.m. so, that was cool.

As a long time Verizon customer, I have worked with many different customer service representatives at our local store. I was totally satisfied with the service I received at the Jamestown store on 5/23/18. I would like to thank Nicole VanEnk for helping me merge my accounts and to Travis Roberts for activating my new phone. I am impressed with their professional attitude, knowledge and patience. I would highly recommend doing business at this location with a Nicole and Travis, they’re the best!

My father in law is 83. He came in with glass protector he had already purchased. He asked if the clerk could help him and add the glass to his and his wife’s phone. This is a five minute job. My father in law, a veteran was told it would be a $50.00 charge!!! The clerk was incredibly rude to my father in law and my wife when she called. What happened to customer support and just honoring a senior and veteran? Both are loyal Verizon customers. Be aware of sending your parents to this store! Avoid and go to a REAl Verizon dealer. Very disappointed.

It’s always a long process to get a new phone and transfer all your previous information but the service I received by Cait and the rest of the staff was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and worked one on one with us the whole time.

The worst experience I have ever had at a retailer. Buyer beware. The workers there have no customer service skills whatsoever. They tried to sell me a fifty dollar phone for one hundred and seventy nine dollars. The reason I know this is because I went to the other Verizon store in town. They couldnt believe it. This store also tried to pull a fast one by having me sign a two year contract when I specifically told them I wanted month to month. Real shady.
