More cost effective compared to purchasing a new device...and I couldnt be happier with the personal service received. Very professional and upfront about the requirements needed to fix our 7 plus. They made us feel less like a number and more like a valued customer; listened to our concerns over data security, and even provided tips on how to properly reduce device vunerability. Definitely would recommend, to our family and any friends who need their phones working again. A++

Great customer service and help. Fixed my charging port quickly and efficiently. When my phone calls were starting to make my voice muffled after the repair, Cassie returned twice to help fix the issue until it was finally solved and then she checked after that to make sure everything was still working okay. Made it worth it to skip on a phone replacement from insurance. Plus its half the price of the deductible.

I needed a new screen and battery for an iPhone 6. We picked Electronic Drs because we were going through Jamestown and they were flexible on timing. They had the work done in less than 20 minutes! The first battery didnt hold a decent charge, so they replaced it at no cost to me and called after a few weeks to make sure it was working ok. We were super impressed with their flexibility on timing. Both times we were in town were after traditional business hours. My new screen works great and the second battery is doing good too. We would definitely do business with Electronic Doctors again, and recommend them to others!

Very poor communication skills. Actually took my device back and will never do business there again. Dressed like ready for bed.... showing more than lingerie. Kept sunglasses on entire time inside the office. Didnt want to iremuze what charges were going to be for. Diagnosis was what I told them and I dont believe it was even diagnosed. Extremely difficult to deal with and rude. Left there in tears

Phone was fully submerged. They dried it out and installed a new screen promptly and it worked great. Fairly priced and competitive with places in Fargo.

I give them one star because I took my Android phone there to get a new screen and the corner came up ask them to fix it and the little lady was very rude and told me to not bother them anymore I said you told me any problems just give you a call or text and thats just what I did shes not very personable at all maybe if they paid their rent like every month like we all have to do they wouldnt have to move 3 times in one year finally got them to look at it said it was fix wrong 3 days later the corners now it 2 corners coming up I paid $130 somethings dollars to have it fixed and it wasnt so I had to spend another $89 dollars and use my insurance to get another phone so from me to you they may be good with iPhone and iPods but any other phone DO NOT TAKE IT TO THEM the guy was nice but the blond lady very very rude and when they ordered my screen it was the wrong one had to wait I think another 2 days but my opinion would never do business with them again ever

Fast service and very reasonably priced. I got the camera on my phone fixed for half of what it would have cost me at AT&T!

Wouldnt even give them any stars! Terrible service,screen came loose after 3 days, phone acting up and then a stripe appears on screen! Try calling to talk to them about it but only get texted back! Really disappointed, rather spend the money and go to Fargo or Aberdeen.
