I just hung up with one of their techs. Unfortunately they are unable to fix my Kindle issue unless they replace the entire inside of it. I am so impressed that I was given this information, as it would be a costly repair (on par with getting a new tablet) but also was given very good information on what steps I could take elsewhere. They have always been good. If the computer cant be fixed they tell you right away. Reasonable priced.

I have a Macbook Pro. Willow Bay Computer is where I go every time I need help. Recently, I had malware on my mac that I couldnt remove. Took it there and in less than 24 hours I had my MacBook back and totally cleaned. They are very helpful and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!

Never bring your computer or your laptop to this place for any maintenance or any repair for that matter they will exchange your parts if they are high quality they will make your computer worse if you bring it to them... I had a bad experience a few year back with a worker by the name of (Rob) that took my hard drives, my power suppl fan, and I was never reimbursed by this computer company.
