Ive always been happy with Allstate and my agent William Farr. My only issue is I wish my insurance were cheaper. Im 71and dont drive that far.

I was under the impression that I was the insured not the owner of the vehicle I was driving.

His recepionist is very rude on the phone i wouldnt recommend going here if she cant treat every with a kind voice and a different tone of voice
