Shelby was helpful and to the point, he didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, I had told him my insurance had gone up almost $20, he was able to find me a quote almost $30 cheaper than what I had been paying, and was able to get me renters insurance that I had been inquiring about. With Renters and Car insurance bundled I am still paying $25 less than I was initially paying at my other insurance company. He even offered to take care of cancelling my policy at my former insurance company, I will be recommending him to everyone I know in the future.

I have had State Farm for years for auto, renters, and home. Shelby and the agents regularly try to get me reduced rates and the best coverage to meet my needs. When I had a pipe break in my home, State Farm was quick to hook me up with places needed to clean up the mess and repair the damages. One of these places said of all the insurance companies, State Farm provides the best coverage and they have seen them cover costs other insurance companies try to get out of. The office staff are always friendly, helpful, and responsive when I call.

Oh my goodness, What can I say Shelby and his team, Abby,Jamie, Keagan have gone above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to helping, supporting and listening to my needs, this Spring (Aptil 13th)upon returning back to my hobby farm finding my basement flooded with 12 inch of water, Yikes. No Electricity,, No Heat, No water, the team helped with all they could to ease the shock of the disaster. Advicating for me, with calls, emails, sending photos, to the Claims unit, as I was unable to. Abby regularly checking in on me to be certain I was ok and if she could do anything to help.
