Called and staff was polite and knowledgeable. Set appointment for first available, scheduled time off since they said it could take up to 4 hours and all seemed good. Got a call less than 24 hours from appointment and was told they do not have the tint needed to do the job and it was back ordered. Now I have to scramble to find another tint shop and hope they have an available appointment.

You wont find a more knowledgeable and confident duo than these two. I have never seen someone tint a car at this speed. They dont have to use expensive pre-cut films, they do it all by hand and I have never had bubbles. They use the beat 3M films so it doesnt fade or discoloration. Ive been driving my 99 Dodge Ram without tint for too long and now I cant believe how much cooler it is inside and what an appearance it has made to the exterior!I brought my baby girl with me and everybody came by to meet her and entertained her so I greatly appreciated it. Thank you.I had my wifes car done the same day and thats after my wife was an hour late.I have no bubbles, no fading, and no peeling to either vehicles so Im greatly satisfied!

The only place I take my cars to get tinted I’ve had other places do my cars for me and was never happy with them. Honest guys doing quality work!

These guys were great! I had some residue from prior tint on my back windshield. I orignally took my car to another place in town who wanted to charge me $400 to take my back dash apart and scrape the glass (which they advised would destroy my defrost lines) to put fresh tint on. I took it to Tint Specialists after reading the other reviews. They said they could clean it off no problem, didnt have to take my car apart, got it done that day and charged me less than $100. They could have gone along with the prior recommendation and over- charged me but they didnt. They were honest and professional. Ive had the tint for over a month now with no issues. Looks great and matches the other windows perfectly. I highly recommend these guys!

I just want to start off by saying I already know people think review are fake at least I do, but BOOOOOYYYYYY.... I have NEVER seen ANYTHING like this. These two guys are indescribably incredible. I personally never knew there wasn’t supposed to be a gap between the glass and the tint but I learned that after finally rolling my windows down!!! This tint is fitted so extremely identical to the window, there’s no room for any sunlight. No bubbles, no dirt, no peeling... I promise you 100000% if you bring your vehicle here, you will not be unsatisfied. Thank you guys again for the perfect work! I posted some photos, there is literally no closer you can get to the edge, it is the edge. No other words but perfection!

I had my Malibu Tented here 12 years ago six years Florida six Cleveland they did a excellent job never had a bubble didn’t peel or anything And the car went from hot to cold and it was the same till I sold it😃

Had my tint for almost 5 years now. Still love it, but my passenger window had a small bubble a few months ago thats turned into a couple of huge creases. When I got the tint they said life time warranty, so next time in Jacksonville going to see about getting it fixed 😀

Purchased a Lifetime tint job for both of my cars in 2006. Tint failed so I went back to Tint Specialist and was told that since they didnt handle the brand of tint they used in 2006 (Solar guard) anymore, they wouldnt honor the warranty. They said it was a manufacturers warranty not theirs. I told them that I had contacted the manufacturer and they would be reimbursed for the job. They still said no. I showed them the business card they gave me in 2006 that said “Lifetime Warranty, Nationwide” Still a big no. Another tint shop honored the warranty at no cost!!! So I guess if you buy a lifetime tint job from these guys all they have to do is switch brands and your left looking for a shop that does honor warranties!!!
