This towing company is amazing, they got to me very fast! The receptionist/office lady was so nice and professional. The guy who came and towed me home was so unbelievably nice. He was able to calm me down and help me realize that it was going to be OK and that he would help me. He even tried to help me diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle. If I ever need a tow I will be definitely calling this company. I highly recommend calling this company if you need a tow. I am so thankful and so pleased with their service.

This company towed my vehicle which was parked in a parking lot next to the hotel due to no parking for a truck and trailer. Although it was my fault for parking there, this company tore my truck up to the point that it wasn’t drivable. They snatched the truck around and broke off all of the lugs except for one lug holding the rear tire on. This is on top of them denying me the ability to pay for the tow bill using anyone else’s credit card. I was stranded for 3 days with no way to get my truck out of their possession. This on top of them towing my box trailer and dropping my Harley Davison on its side while loading or pulling it. They don’t even have the decency to return my call while a shop has to fix everything they broke on my truck. This company is only out for your money and WILL tear up your vehicle if they feel the need to instead of loading it properly. I’ve never dealt with any tow company that has done this without any care about what situation you’re in or what they do to your vehicle. There will be a law suit to follow after the shop writes up everything that has clearly been done from their abuse. Stay away from this company and if you were towed for being illegally parked, please check your vehicle for safety issues before driving it!!!!

The guy who came to help me tow my trailblazer was AMAZING! He was just getting ready to eat his dinner, and waited to eat so he could come make sure that I wasn’t sitting on the side of the road. He was professional, fast, and very nice. If I ever need help with towing again, I’ll make sure to call Smith’s. I’m also going to refer them to everyone I know. I just wish I could remember his name.

Called them after I had a company said they were all done for the day and that was at 3 oclock in the afternoon. That was the dumbest thing for me to hear. But Smiths Towing knocked it out of the park. I came by and asked them for a tow. Reasonable price for their service and it was done in a timely manner. Professional service from the office and I would recommend them for anyone in the Jacksonville area.

Smiths Towing by far exceeded my expectations. After contacting many other towing companies in Onslow county, these guys were the only ones up for the challenge. The other companies I tried using either werent up to par with my needs, or set timelines and expectations they couldnt match. If you have something and you need it moved, and you need it moving in a timely manner, call Smith Towing. It took them 1 hour from the time I called them to have my equipment on a truck and headed where I needed it.

Even though my vehicle was impounded by Jacksonville Police Department at my own fault. These folks Smith Towing and Recovery were courteous respectful and extremely helpful in getting my car back thank you very much for your time

Wifes called stopped in an intersection, the tow driver came quickly was polite and got the car towed away quickly. Once at smiths the problem was diagnosed and was covered under warranty. Great service and honesty.

Tow driver was extremely unprofessional. I work in customer service. He towed a vehicle to my employer, gave me a name and walked out the door. When I called to get the customers information he stated that I did not acknowledge him, however, I was looking at my computer to look the customer up and he walked out the door before I had a chance to ask him again. Then proceeded to give me an attitude because I didnt acknowledge him. When I finally got the customers information and called the customer to inform that the vehicle was towed here. The customer stated that the tow truck driver was rude to him as well. I will never use this company for my personal vehicle.
