-Will not provide payment extension and stick to it, will cut off your service even with an arrangement on file with billing.- Will charge full month of service even when 3 weeks out of the 4 billed, there was no service on the phone line because of their technical problems.-No one there seems to speak proper English, very heavily accented.- I had service for 6 months, landline only, local and long distance. Not one month went by without the phone glitching every single time it rained. You know how often it rains in FL in summer? Thats right, this phone line glitched and did not work every. single. day. for 6 months, and this company did nothing about it.Take your money elsewhere. Smoke signals are more reliable than service provided here.One star rating because Google cannot provide negative value number ratings.
