Don’t get delivery!!!!! For some reason my delivery continuously got canceled with no reason given. The delivery drivers had the desk and kept canceling the delivery. Crazy! When I called the store to complain, no help was given. I was only given the corporate number. I’m still waiting on the desk to be delivered. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!
This establishment, is conveniently located on the strip in the River City Plaza, visible in traffic with pretty much all your possibly looking for when it comes to office supplies such as personal PCS, tablets, office furniture, printers, snacks, (some things I forgot) but you get the picture. The staff is pretty knowledgeable about the products they have in stock and what your looking for. Pricing on some things seem to be reasonable. There maybe long waiting periods depending on the time of day you go. Great place to shop or just look around for whats new or just to pick up a new idea.

There is never enough people working in the print area. And after you wait the 20 or 30 min to be helped the associate can NEVER find what was sent! Then after 10 min of nothing... they see it! Seriously need help in that area!
Unhelpful lazy associates. Tried to return ATT equipment twice at Fedex. First time, the internet was down about 30 minutes before the store was supposed to close. Second time, a clueless associate tells me the scanner isnt working...
I took a paper with information on it, into OfficeMax, and asked the employee in the printing section, if he could transfer the information onto a pamphlet, he said that he could do it. I said that I would return later with with all the information that I wanted transferred. Several days later, I returned with the information that I wanted printed on the pamphlet. The employee stated that the cost would be $50.00 per page, and it would have to be sent out to another location. I told the employee that he never told me that information, or the price. I made a complaint to the manager, but he didnt seem concerned. I will definitely find another place to shop.
Robert the manager has no customer service skills. Just avoid this store.
I went in to go do some color copies and some black and white copies. At first the machines worked okay then they started to glitch out. I thought I was about to have a difficult time. Then this guy named Trey La asked if he could help me. it was a big complicated but he did a fabulous job and turned my whole experience around. Super appreciated all the work that he did for me and how he helped me to accomplish my task.
One star for the Fedex portion of the store.
I visited this store on 3/17/2020 and after paying, the clerk asked me to press the button on the credit card machine indicating my receipt choice. I told her that I did not want to touch that screen and asked if they had any wipes to disinfect the surface, the clerk replied no.We all have a responsibility in making sure that we reduce the spread of germs; Office Max should join this effort and protect their customers and employees by implementing sanitation practices. All surfaces should be constantly sanitized especially surfaces that are frequently touched.
I use the print shop several time per week and Im always super happy with the outcome. They are extremely professional and always go the extra mile to make sure your items are as desired. The other departments are also amazing. Ive been using this site for quite some time and I refuse to go anywhere else. They are worth the wait!
Ran in to get copies made. To my surprise it wasnt too busy. I had no wait time and was able to get in and out without a hitch. The young lady was very helpful and gave me my copies quick fast and done. They had some great prices on other office also. Definitely a great place for office needs.
Cashier closed...line to pay at print counter.Disorganized... customer walking to counter not getting in line. Finally I said very loudly that I am next so I got to pay for my purchases and left. Seems No One is in charge of the store ...Poor poor customerControl. Very bad experience....
I paid $200 do you have a computer repair when I got home I install Microsoft Word and the computer started freezing when I call I took my computer back up there may I see the manager went into it and open my hidden files and did something in there and now I have errors syntax errors my internet shuts down and it still freezes which is what I was doing I took it back and Dave said I had a virus and that was causing everything but there are no programs that werent on there before when it was working fine they said that they didnt care that I had to fix that theres no such thing as refunds at Office Depot. Dave Saddlery cheaper to get the older computer fixed then to get a new one. I have been to the store five times at 20 miles each way except for an hour to two hours and even help to catch a shoplifter
The lady and gentleman at checkout were helpful and friendly. The fella I asked about a lanyard was also. The lady at the printing counter couldnt have been more put out by our presence . Wouldve been 5 stars if we didnt have urgent print work to do.
Trey was very efficient and helpful but he had no help. For about thirty minutes he served seven people without assistance. One female came in the area and he ask but she said she was doing something else. It sad that business increase their profit but give their customers less service.
The staff in the Impress Print Center during my most recent experience were unprofessional and one of the girls working (Kelly), at one point, was making fun of mentally impaired people. The work completed was average and the wait wasnt horrible. Dante seemed confused by my order (7 sets of color copies and spiral binding). However, I learned that he has only been there for 2 weeks, so... totally understandable. The staff members (especially Amber) were pretty polite to me, but I was shocked at some of the things that came out of Kellys mouth - and in front of customers! I overheard her say she has been here for 3 years. I cant believe she has been so loud and unprofessional around customers for that long. If I had another option near my office, I wouldnt come back here for my printing needs. Amber, who jumped on my order at the end, was great. She was the only one who seemed to know what she was doing and have any decorum around customers. She was great.
The General Manager has excellent knowledge of store products and helped me select the perfect laptop for my Granddaughters birthday. Thomas is very professional, pleasant, and has great customer focus.
Went into the airport location and asked about a certain printer and this clown named David start talking about the price of computers who asked about the price we ASKED ABOUT A COMPUTER! I guess you have to have money dripping on youPOOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DAVVVVVVIIIDDD
Had an awful time with this store getting some simple printing done. I placed my order around 11am and was told it would be done by 3. I was in the area at 3 and stopped in to check the status. The employee said they were busy and hadnt started it- no problem, told him Id be back later . He said he was going to start it right then. I heard nothing the rest of the day . Called the following morning and the employee says nobody started it yesterday, Ill do it right now and call you when its done. 3 hours later I call back and am told it will be ready in an hour. I go pick it up, and get to the car and start double checking it, and am missing about half. I go back in and see my copies sitting on their desk and inform them they were left out. The employee grabs the stack and gives it to me. I look through it, and its the rest of mine, plus about 20 pages of someone elses order. I separate it out for him and give it back, finally leaving with mine. Everyone was polite along the way, and the finished product was as ordered. But the amount of trouble I went to to get 50 pages of documents was truly scary. I wouldnt trust these people to make toast let alone print anything else that means anything to me and costs money. I will be driving the extra 30 min to Staples from now on. Extraordinarily disappointed with this alleged fast and convenient service.

I was more than one hour trying to bind a booklet. The lady was really nice but the blond guy was kind of racist and after a lot of time waiting the manager (who was also very rude to a customer) said I had to wait 58 hours to do the binder cause he was busy (just another customer before me that was actually after me but he decided to skip me cause my thing was gonna take a while). Customers Dont come back, not because of the lack of products but because of the bad actitude of the employees.

Always clean and well stocked for school supplies. Only place I can find that sells the spring water I like.
Everyone in this Office Max was extremely friendly and very helpful with all of my different needs. The manager, Mr. Murphey, was awesome and made me feel like I was the most important customer they had. Customer service is very important to me and this store knows the meaning of Excellence! Thank you for giving me the warm fuzzies! I will definitely be back!

Staff friendly and helpful. Place always seems messy to me. But they usually have what I need. If you do go there make sure you look up the item on line. If the on line price is cheaper then just show them and they will sell it to you at that price. Every time.
Ordered same day pick-up 06/11, received a call that person who could print the canvas did not work until the next day. Went in the next day and canvas was still not ready, advised would not be ready until Sunday 06/14. Called today and canvas will not be ready until “this evening”. Will never order same day pick up or anything from this store. Very poor service.

Friendly and professional, wish they would help out more on the fed-ex stuff for people who are not so savy with the procedures and labeling. But I did get done quickly what I needed to do. now I know that sticker labels go in front and printed out paper labels go on back of the envelopes. SMH 🤔🤨😁😂🤣

Printing staff has terrible customer service. I have been here multiple times and every time it takes 30+ minutes just to get 3 or 4 pages printed. You will usually spend at least 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge you are even there. Additionally, staff will hand you prints from machines that are obviously low on toner and ask you if thats ok. Of course its not ok, it looks like junk! Also, if youre not African American, be prepared to get skipped over by staff who wait on them first, even if they just walked up while you have been waiting for 15 minutes.
My intentions are not to rate store, new to Jacksonville. Yesterday was in area walking from my hotel to Plaza to Wal-Mart and a RAT came bye my feet and went into Office Maxx. We called and who ever answered phone kind of brushed it off as if they werent worried about it. Just wanted to let someone know.
They help me to find what I needed and was very courteous.
