I had my septic tank pumped. Immediate response, all was very smooth, in time, very friendly driver, very professional. Best price also. I would definitely use them again!

I am a renter and the company I rent from sent this company out to my house to drain my septic tank. I had my 15 and 12 year old niece here at my house babysitting my 10 and 8 year old children not thinking it was going to be a big deal. There was a miscommunication between this company and my rental company about payment for the service and I get a frantic call from my nieces’ stating that the worker was demanding payment which of course they didn’t have so they call me while I am at work and I speak with the worker and I say let me speak to your supervisor he refused I say give me a chance to call me the rental company he says I have 5 minutes before he puts it all back. I say that’s fine whatever he has to do. I understood that their was a misunderstanding and that they had a job to do. I was never rude and all asked was for a chance to talk to someone to straighten this out. The worker continued banging on my door with a shovel and yelling at CHILDREN to the point where my kids called their father because they were scared and had him leave work to pay the man. Mind you all of this happened fairly quickly and it was chaotic and confusing. Now I am not upset about having to pay or the miscommunication however I am extremely upset that my kids were yelled at and disrespected over a situation that they did not understand andthey were confused and scared. That is what has me upset. So I call and complain I get a call back from the owner and she lets me know that her workers said that they did nothing of the sort and that her workers said that there were two adult females in the house. I basically took away was from the call that she was calling me a liar. Which has me upset because I for one am not lying and two why would I need to. I am not asking for my money back. I am not seeking for damages to replace my door I was looking for an apology because a GROWN ADULT MALE bullied my kids and had them scared and upset. But I see that this is the kind of company that condones that kind of behavior. I won’t recommend them to anyone and I am glad my rental company decided that they will not use them anymore.

NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!This company doesn’t care about costumer! I have issues with my check ( it’s doesn’t cash up, but at my account shows like paid) I receive call at 11 am from this company, lady say “ you check doesn’t cash up, you have to bring money today until 5pm”I’m trying be nice and tell her first I have stop by bank because I have minus this money from my account and second I’m working... I can’t bring money or be home before 5... you call me at 11... I call back after couple hours and speak with some men he start talking the same and plus start threaten me!!!!!!!!He tomorrow going to lawyer and going to court!!!!!!!!!! ITS TERRIBLE!!! And he want extra money !!!!!!!

Wonderful experience with this company! Very professional, competitively priced, and could not even tell they had been there! They had to replace my Sump Pump and had the pump on the truck. They were done within 30 minutes. Wonderful experience!

Tech Mark was very helpful and did a great job.As a property manager and landlord, my first choice for septic pumping in Jacksonville.

We had them come for a septic pump out and they did a lousy job. Six weeks later we have to have someone else come out and do it again. Another thing, as they were leaving and loading up their hoses, they spilled sewage all over the street. They didn’t even offer to clean it up.Ours was an end of the day appointment. Don’t accept if that’s what they offer you. We’re pretty sure they were full, and instead of admitting that and offering to make a second trip they just did a quarter of the job.Overall, their professionalism leaves much to want. And I wouldn’t recommend using their service.

Wonderful service! They came within the window promised and called 30 minutes before arrival. Mark was amazing, extremely thorough and conscientious. He and his helper ( didnt catch his name) were in and out of my back yard and I had a clean septic tank! I admit I had called another company based on a friends recommendation and they never showed nor had the courtesy to call. Being first in the phone book (AA Septic Tank) doesnt mean they are the best. Call Tillmans, you will not be disappointed.On a separate note, Mark is a gentle giant...I had a family of birds hatch on my screened in porch and one got out and Mark stopped what he was doing to rescue the tiny bird and bring it back to the nest on my porch. I was genuinely touched by his gentle and caring spirit.

Would definitely recommend this company. Went above and beyond, had me up and going very fast. Both young men were very nice and polite.

We had another company come out and looked for our tank. They told us it was under a wood patio that was added to the house before we bought it. The patio was only 7 years old. So on the recommendation of the other company we tore out the patio. The other company spent 30 min in the yard took 75.00 and told us to call back when the patio was up.It just so happened that they were busy and was not able to come out so I called Tillman ( we had sewer coming back into the house) They were able to find it in 10 min and took care of our needs! Thanks to Marc & AJ we really appreciated your hard work and professionalism!We will use Tillman again and again as long as we have a septic tank! Now we have to rebuild a patio! Ahhhh

We called because we needed our septic pumped, and they were recommended by a few people to us. The issue was we had no idea where our septic was.. These guys said no problem and said it would be $200 to find and pump it!!.. woo great!! BUT they didnt look for 10 minutes before they gave up and sat back in their truck. and charged us $75 and told us to have someone find it and then they will come back... I found out that a neighbors was in the front, so I asked them to come back and check the front yard. they showed up the next day.. 2:11 my husband says they arent here yet.. 2:24 i was almost home and the husband says they were leaving and could not find it..I spent 10 min in my back yard this weekend.. and i found the damn thing.. I called back and the lady in the office told me i didnt have a septic tank!!!! This is a terrible business, and they refuse to pay me back when i did their job for them!

They were amazing came and fix everything and at a good price(100). No one else could figure it out and charged almost 600. I will use them from now on.

One star because I cant give no stars. After a tree fell on my septic tank, I called around looking for someone to pump it out and see if it was cracked. After explaining this, I scheduled a pump out and was quoted $2oo. After making some phone calls to get a better price, another company told me that what I needed was more than a simple pump out, but an inspection which is more involved and expensive. Because of so many things going on at home, I forgot to call and cancel the pump out. When they came, I was not home, and my minor son tried to take care of it and gave them the credit card. When I was able to call from my volunteer job, I spoke to the man and told him not to do the pump out. He said ok and told my son nothing would be charged to the credit card. Then we got a charge on the credit card for $100. When I called the woman there said it was a service charge for coming out. I told her that the reason I cancelled was because I found out after some more checking that a $2oo pump out was not what I needed, and that it was another company, not her, that had bothered to explain that to me. She said she remembered my call and that she had told me I needed a four and four (not sure if that was the term she rattled off or not) inspection and that it would be $650. I told her that I had never heard that term, nor had I been quoted that price. I told her enjoy my $100. Thats the last they will get from me.

Amazing Service!

They destroyed my home when leaving, the ripped my cable wire out from my home destroying it, my home has a hole in it, wood ripped off, called the lady said she would call me back, i never heard from her, called 2 more rimes and they keep sending my to voicemail...they wont answer and they seem like they dont wanna fix my damages to my home...i would stay away from this company...i am a widow with 2 kids, and dont have the money to fix ALL the damages they did...
