They came and cleaned out my septic tank. Very nice people. I will definitely use them again. I was very satisfied with their work and their service.

I was thrilled with a response from this company. I called this morning about getting my septic tank emptied and it is done less than eight hours later. Very nice people to work with and I recommend them highly.

First class service. Kept me up to date as the rain had thrown their schedule off. Explained the tank process to me and offered recommendations. Very friendly and personable. Kept me updated on the riser they needed to install to keep water out and when the parts were going to be in and they would be able to install.

Called to get service to my septic and pump. The man was very unprofessional. He said he couldn’t get to me today which is understandable but when I asked him if he had any recommendations because I wasn’t sure it could wait till tomorrow and my husband is out of town he literally said “I don’t know asked Siri or Google”. Totally unprofessional!!!

He out priced the competition by a large margin and was able to come out, pump and clean my septic tank the same day I contacted him for the quote. He even completed the task with less than desirable weather. Kelly answered all my questions and even quoted me another job while he was onsite to further assist me in getting my septic system back to full working condition. On my wife’s birthday our septic tank filled. I called HoneyWagon and explained the problem. It was a Saturday and he said he could not get to it until Monday. I explained that the family was coming in for a surprise party and we had to have bathrooms in working order. He asked where we were located in our subdivision. When he heard which house he remembered how kind my wife was 3 years ago. He was here before 2pm and got everything working again. On a cold, wet Saturday!!!!! First class service!! A great guy!!!!
