From initial phone contact to site survey all the way through the wheel drilling and pump hook up the best ever. Everyone professional kind courteous and very knowledgeable. We were referred to Partridge by our neighbor and had a very pleasant experience. I called this morning to try and get an appointment since we had been out of water for 2 days and this was day 3. The representative that answered was professional and explained that they were very busy but would try and get us in today. John and John came out to our house this evening. They were professional, informative, and funny! They replaced our pump motor and got our water working again. The pricing was as explained and very market comparable. I really appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and quick response. We will definitely utilize Partridge for all of our future well needs.

I called Partridge Well Drilling Company, Inc.. on Saturday & paid them $190 to come out & tell me I had a bad breaker. I spoke to several electricians & no one thought it was actually the breaker. Fast forward to today. 2 electricians come over to look at the pump & electrical. We add a separate breaker for the pumps just in case. Now I need Partridge to come back to flip the switch on the pumps. They call to tell me I will have to pay an additional $170. I called the owner Russell, and asked if he’d work with me on cost since they didn’t do anything on Saturday other than say I needed a new breaker. He said they already went above and beyond with me & didn’t owe me anything. So guess what, I called American. They sent someone out right away for 1/2 the cost!!! When he got here, and told me to turn the breaker on, he immediately yelled cut it off. Guess what..... there was a short in the wiring between the two pumps!!! The technician on Saturday should’ve caught that and fixed it! I even told the Partridge guy it was popping & I smelled something burning. Needless to say, American is my new well & pump company! And when I called Partridge to tell them it was actually their issue, he let my call go to voicemail. I heard them say “it’s Burns”. I paid $190 for absolutely NOTHING!!!!

I came home to no water and had a different company tell me I would have to dig a new well. Initially Partridge was booked two days out, but ended up calling me back and came out the same day. They found I did not need a new well and just needed to repair a crack and fixed it the same day. I would highly recommend.

My wife wrote a five star review immediately after our well was installed. It’s been about 8 months and yesterday I filled the water purification system with peroxide. We lived in the Phoenix area for years and had city water. We always purchased bottled water. I haven’t bought a single bottle with our well from Partridge! The well water in our area has a very strong sulfur smell, but not ours. Straight off the well head the water is pure, but smells like rotten eggs, but at the tap, it’s as good if not better than bottled water. Partridge installed a carbon filter and peroxide system after the well was in. We are not only pleased with our system, but we would highly recommend the purification system. The 7% peroxide is very inexpensive, especially if you buy it at their office. We couldn’t be more satisfied! Partridge also did our complete septic system. The drainfield is absolutely perfect. After two years, the top is still perfectly level and the corners are still precisely linear. If this was a golf course, it would be a great T-Box!

First I dont want to get anyone, at the company, in trouble but I had to leave a positive comment due to their helpful honesty. I recently called as I was having major issues with my irrigation pump (no prime/no water) and was thinking that my shallow well had finally gone dry. Anyway, I called and spoke to a very helpful individual who gave me some suggestions on what the problem could be. This instead of the typical, well we have to come out to diagnose and it is going to cost X $$$ per hour. Well I am happy to say that those suggestions solved my problem and I am very thankful. So if you are looking for a company that will shoot your straight then this is the company IMHO.

Had David out today to change some things on our pump. All I can say is Partridge should be proud to have an employee such as this fine young man. His customer service was some of the best I have seen in a long time. He was on time and very skilled, went way beyond to help me out. Thanks again Partridge for being a great company.

Great service with a fantastic product

They were always so nice when they wanted to service my water treatment system and used them several times. Also I would always stop by their shop and purchased chemicals needed for my water treatment system.Called them about a leak I had on my well system and they didn’t call me back. I had to call again and finally got a hold of someone and immediately seemed very agitated to help me. I went on to explain I had a leak and that’s why I called days before. He scheduled the service and I said I would be out of town that day and they said that wouldn’t work because I HAD to be there to pay the invoice. I explained that I could pay over text or email if that was Ok and set up the appointment. Today every text I got from the tech was how are you going to pay me even before he arrived at my house. Even on the ride over he texted me to make sure he could call to get payment.Crazy that they call me and are so nice when they want to do the yearly service my water treatment system because they make a huge fee to be there 5 minutes.....and when I really needed there help all they could say to me is how are we going to get paid over and over.Customer service is gone these days. It’s a shame since I even wanted them to do more work and replace everything so I didn’t have this problem in the future and they couldn’t see beyond how they would get paid since I was out of town.

Partridge gave me an estimate over the phone for a new well and pump, enabling me to plan for the cost. The next year, I hired them to install what I needed and link up to my lawn sprinkler system. They did the work as scheduled, ensured everything worked, and showed me what I needed to know about operating everything. I’ve had the well for a few years now and I love it. My water bill is substantially reduced and my sprinklers run perfectly with good water pressure. Many of my neighbors have wells and pumps installed by Partridge, and recommended the company. They did a great job.

I greatly appreciated the communication I got the morning of my appointment. At the start of the day, I got a call from Ed that I should expect him in a few hours. Fantastic. He called again to update me that the weather was slowing him down at one job and hed be at my house by 11:30. Almost on the dot, Ed pulled into my driveway. He was a great guy, pleasant, professional, and wasted no time taking a look at my motor, and getting to work. As a first time homeowner, I was eager to learn, and Ed explained everything he was doing, and why.When all was done, he talked to me about how to optimize the use of my motor, and how to prevent unnecessary damage. Yes, he talked to me about other pumps, but it was more of an education on how the different pumps work, rather than trying to sell me on anything. My system is running great, and the price for his work was very reasonable.Id recommend Partridge to anyone looking for well repair. I called at 10am. They had a really great guy come out at 4pm same day. Our well pump was acting like it was not able to pull water. Kyle was very knowledgeable about what the problem could be. He found the air leak at our well head and quickly fixed it. He also found our water softener was hooked up incorrectly and fixed it as well. Great job. Very attentive to detail. I was very pleased with the cost as well. I would highly recommend that you give these guys a call. From the time I called you could tell they cared about my family being without our household water. I called Partridge Well Co. about replacing a well pump pressure switch that Jack Strickland A/C had caught on fire, melting the pressure switch. Ryan was awesome, he came out replaced the pressure switch quickly and explained to me the basics of our well/ pump system that no one has been able to explain to me before, he answered all my questions!! Partridge Well Co. is fantastic and they are booked pretty heavily so you might have to wait a week or so for service but it was so worth it. Thank you Ryan!!

This is a professional company. They respond promptly and have well trained technicians. Kyle just left after repairing one of our lines. He was prompt, courteous and capable.

They got to me earlier than scheduled, explained the process, all service guys were professional and courteous.

The quote was twice as high as 3 other local companys. I get being higher by a some but to be double that. Then they told me 4 things that after they left I called all 3 of the other companys and they said what they had told was not true. Then they tried to get me to to use a friend of theirs for electrical work that did not even need to be done. I feel like they was trying to take advantage of me as a women because my husband was not there. Beware if you do not have knowledge in this area when you use this company.

Had work done with Partridge last year and went great. At the time, the pump got replaced but there was a pinsized hole on the tank that the employee stated would be fine for probably another year. So, my husband called on July 10th and got an estimate and unfortunately they couldnt do the work until after Jul 22nd. Ok, no biggie. So it was scheduled for today. Got a call this morning before 9am stating that it will be this afternoon probably around 2:30 and he calls at 4:12 stating that he would be here in 20mins. Didnt make a big deal of the schedule because it has been raining so figured they were probably backed up on previous jobs due to weather. When the worker comes out, he just didnt seemed like he wasnt quite confident of the work needing to be done. It made me uncomfortable to the point I finally asked him if he had ever replaced a tank before. As we spoke, I mentioned to him that I needed the cost broken down on paper for my mother in laws records for the house. He comes back to give me a quote $150 more than what my husband was told over the phone. When I asked about it, he says he needs to call his supervisor. Then he comes back and asks if he can leave the pump on the ground vs attached to the tank like it is originally to make the work easier for him. Are you serious? Then proceeds to say that he doesnt even know if he has the right supplies to install it today. Cant believe the difference in customer service 1 year apart. Very upsetting!!

Its been two years since I contracted with Partridge Wells to drill an irrigation well for our home in Mandarin. We were frustrated by the high cost of irrigating our lawn, gardens and trees using JEA, and hoped that our own well would save us a lot of money. We have been SO happy with our investment. You can put $5,000 in the bank and earn a measly return, or you can sink $5000 into an irrigation well, and save $500 to $1,000 each year-- something I now see was an excellent investment.The Partridge Well team predicted with accuracy the cost of my well (depth of drilling) because they have maps of the tens of thousands of wells they have drilled in over 100 years of experience in NE Florida.They left my yard in excellent shape, no trace of their work, no mess, and the water is clear and clean. I would recommend to anyone considering a well to go to these folks for the same reason I chose them : more knowledge, and that comes from doing this for so many years, from grandfather, to father, to sons.

We had horrible customer service. This company tried everything to squeeze every extra penny out of us with no explanations for the problem. I called them out for a pump nots hitting off and they pulled my drop pipe and cracked it in half. Wouldnt of been a big deal if they had any kind of customer service or solutions. I was told by the vp they would make it right and a week plus later someone contacts me. Keep in mind we have barely any water pressure and muck now because they broke the drop pipe. I spent 4000$ with them in the last year. quoted 600$ for breaking my drop pipe which was paid and left broke. Then I was told 4000$ to drill the new well 1300$ to move all my new pump bladder and everything they did a year ago to new well. Then 2000 to fill my old well with concrete. Thats over 12000 $ total! I found a company to do it for less than 3000$ total. Martin well drilling has the best customer service honestly priced and honesty. Thanks to them we now have running fresh clean water 3 months after being screwed over by partridge aka the best of the best NOT!!!!!!!! Really horrible company. My family did 40 years and over thousands of well drills with them and our mobile home company. I know me and anyone I can pass the word to will never use this ride company again!
