I had recently replaced my countertops and needed all of the connections redone for the new sink, including new drains. In addition, the installers had broke one of the valves, so I needed everything done. They showed up promptly for the appointment, had a quick and reasonable quote ready after looking at the project and quickly got to work. I’m pretty handy, but after seeing the work he did I know it was a project that was bigger than my skill/frustration level. Will definitely use them again.

My drains in this house I bought were just god awful! And my technician Austin Wright came out and unclogged it, but also shared with me tons of information that I greatly appreciate. Also had to have him come back out and cut out part of my main drain line in the spare bathroom and he did an incredible job! Late on Friday the kitchen drain became clogged (after hours) so I reached out to three companies and the only one to respond was Mr. Rooter. I booked them for first thing that Monday and also had them install a new faucet. They came in did the job and cleaned up after they were finished and the new faucet looks and works great and my drain is clear.

Mr Rooters plumber arrived on time, evaluated the issue and explained what services could be performed to resolve the problem. We discussed the cost of these services and came to agreement. He went and picked up my replacement toilet selection, removed the old toilet and put in the new one, cleaned up the floor, and hauled away the old toilet. The work was quick, he was courteous and professional, and the results were quite satisfactory. I would definitely call Mr Rooter again for help with plumbing issues.

The plumber who showed up to do the work quickly diagnosed the issues and completed the work in less than an hour. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because he did not have any options but to charge for a full replacement of the shower faucet when it was really just to fix a bad previous repair. I appreciated the fact that he did not charge for anything beyond that, so it kept my total costs as minimal as possible.

I called Mr. Rooter because I wanted to swap out a utility sink. The plumber came out to the house and gave my wife an estimate for $700.00 dollars. I came home from a 8 month deployment the next day and swapped the sink out in 15 min. I feel that the plumber was trying to take advantage of my wife. They did a very good job, But I thought the price was way to high, over $400.00 dollars to unclog kitchen sink and bathroom shower, took maybe 30 minutes

They were very nice and explained what the problem was as to where I could understand.

They unclogged the stoppage and cleaned the vent. This was the 2nd company to come out. The 1st company could not unclog the drains. The tech advised what he was going to do and gave me the estimate before he started. Very professional and courteous. I definitely would recommend Mr.Rooter to any one who has a clogged drain.

I am a previous employee for this company the company is shady.they lie to there employees change pay without reason or cause. Pull jobs off you if it is a good paying job and send it to another tech of there choosing for example I was sent a slab leak got to the customer house and verified that they had a leak. I already had parts and tools to fix the issue and yet they pulled me off the job and sent me a toilet repair without any explanation.then when u finally give up and quit the company they will refuse to give you your last check and you will have to contact the labor board before they will pay you what is owed I am highly disappointed in the operations and would recommend never to apply with this company or do business with such a shady company

These guys were pros from start to finish.On 2/2/2018, Mr. Allen Martin and his awesome crew came out to my house in Mandarin to diagnose and fix a ruptured fresh water line under my front yard.They did a SUPERB job for us and far exceeded our expectations in terms of pricing, timing and quality of their work. The job was complicated due to unusually cold weather, tree roots and landscaping but these gentlemen made it look like easy work. They worked diligently without taking breaks and I was floored by how they finished the job in one day. I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help. These guys are the REAL DEAL. Had an emergency at 5:15pm on a Friday (pipe going between pump house to the house broke after husband drove his HE MAN truck over it to get 5 closer to pump house to unload salt)Mr Rooter will not work on plumbing that has anything to do with a well we were told

Figured out the solution to a rather sticky situation, and came out on a Saturday morning.

Having 2 properties and using company for several big jobs, call to get on schedule and even move back a day because of availability only to be told “Oops sorry nobody called you but or tech is on the way to another job”. Keep in mind that I purposely scheduled first appointment so this wouldn’t happen. Was told basically that they didn’t know what happened but then came back and said sorry it was an emergency and we don’t know when but we will get someone as soon as we can to you. Bad business for sure.

Jerome was wonderful! He went and bought a new hot water heater and then installed it; he had the job completed in one day. I will definitely use your company next time I need a plumber.

Mr. Allen Martin was at my house within an hour of me calling after hours. They waved the service fee because we choose to go with their quote which was reasonable compared to what the other company quoted me. He was super friendly and personable. Will ask for him again. He was in and out and I was back to business as usual.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter! They were very responsive, and came within an hour of calling them! Our pipes froze overnight, and began working as we were testing them. Even though they came all the way out and assessed the problem, they didn’t even charge us. Great customer service, and we will absolutely be using them for future plumbing issues!

This place was very quick to respond and get someone to my house very professional while they were here. I had a clog in my sink and the guy came out and had it fixed within about an hour. They block out their times in 3 hour windows, but may show up early if they can(they will call first). They were a little bit on the pricey side I think. It cost about $380 to fix a clog about 30-40 feet down the pipe. This was a bit of a blow because I gave up trying myself after I hit the end of my 25 foot snake. Either way they were a very professional and knowledgeable company with great customer service, I would highly recommend them!

I had a water main burst during the cold front and Mr. Rooter was the only company who would answer the phone or give an estimated time to come fix the issue. Jerome was on the scene within 30 minutes and within the next 20 minutes, located the leak, dug up the pipe, and replaced the broken joint. I dont know much about plumbing pricing, but I thought the rate was reasonable, especially considering the prompt service. I would call Mr Rooter again.

We had a issue with a leaking pipe behind the wall in the shower. After calling several different companies and getting outrageous rates, Robert and Carlos from Mr. Rooter came out and fixed the problem at an affordable rate and did a phenomenal job! They were professional, explained the problem and what they would do to repair the issue. All done within a reasonable time and a much lower rate than the other companies quoted. Emergency call for lawn man fracturing connection to neighbors home. Completed work in an hour and 15 minutes Lawn man argued with technician regarding price, so he contacted supervisor. Supervisor would not call lawn man for payment stating he would just argue with him too. Said I either had to pay for repair or the work would be removed by technician.

They dont even deserve one starmost ridiculous and rip off company I ever deal with, I called in and askedfor someone with camera can look in 2 pipe .and cindy (receptionist) told me she will send technician for free estimate .I told her we did snake and its not working I need price for someone with camera to see whats going on,she said np we will send a technician for free estimate.next day technician showup and keep telling me he wants to do snake to see whats going on and I told him its not going to work we need camera .he convince me he will get it open he knows whats his doing other companies did it wrong.after 10 min from roof he telling me he can only go in 10ft and then he tells me his camera its not going to fit the pipe lol (why did he come then )total waste of time and money yes money he charge me $160 for showing up and trying to do snake when I told him 100 times its not going to work...stay way from mr rooter we will report them for business bureau and there facebook and online all over …..and then his telling me it will cost $3200 for running new 12 to outside wall.I got few othercompanies told me $400-750 max ...

Bad experience, had my whole yard wet from a leakage so I decided to call them at night when I first found out there was something wrong. I had to leave that same morning out of state and I wanted to get it done before I left, the guy was rude. When the guy arrived He said “don’t call a plumber at night”, I guess they’re not 24/7 like they claim to be. The guy said I had a slab leak and that I needed to repipe the entire house. Note that before a short conversation he said he had 22 years of experience in plumbing. I had the issue fix for less than 50 dollars and I fixed it myself but he wanted to charge 7,000 to repipe the entire house. Do not recommend calling them. Bad customer service

I have called them for my motel Gas Piping work.They come and give me estimate total of 3489.21 with break up2061.00 Labor1428.21 MaterialWhen I told them I am going to buy material then after one week i.e. today they called me and told if I am going to buy material then labor going to cost me $200 more as they are saving time for ordering and trip to plumbing supply.Actually material cost only $ 437.68So, I will not advising to any one use them if you are using them please dont give contract with material just try to screw you.

The worst service or lack thereof I have experienced. I had a broken garbage disposal and called mr. Rooter. I was told that I am only charged for service.The first repairman came stuck his hand around my sink a couple of times and looked under my cabinet (he managed to break mydrain stopper in the process) and diagnosed the broken garbage disposal which I was well aware of but stated he could not fix the issue. I was charged $130+. I called Mr. Rooter and stated that I was told that I would only be charged for actual service and they informed they would put the funds towards the repair.The first repairman informed me of the garbage disposal I would need and also that I would need a new kitchen faucet. I specifically asked him if there was a certain type of faucet I should get he told me they were universal and I could get any. So i get the new materials and the next repairman comes and cant do anything because its the wrong type of kitchen faucet and the garbage disposal was missing electric connection (garbage disposal issue was neither repairmans fault) So a third repairman was scheduled to come around 5 a couple of days later. No one showed up. I called and was informed they were held up elsewhere. No one told me this. I blocked off my evening for the repair. The customer service representatove was very nasty and they offered to come on New years morning! I would have been a fool to let them into my house again.I have been trying to settle this issue in regards to what I was charged for over 4 months. I keep on getting told someone will contact me which never happened. They even have my last name completely screwed up in their system!I would not recommened this thieving, ill mannered, incompetent company to my worst enemy.

Disappointed in the fact the technician was not willing to try and repair a back-flow preventer valve. Instead he said it could not be repaired and instantly quoted $700+ to replace. The company I went with said it may be possible to repair and if they couldn’t fix It then they would replace It. Turns out It was repairable and only cost $100 to do so.
