The president of the company, Jason, is an ex police officer. The other guy who interacted with me, Eric, served in the army. They also donate money to kids with cancer. After the property went under contract, they did not pull any tricks on me and followed through with their original offer. Although I wish they picked an earlier closing date, Jason did explain that they were juggling multiple projects at the same time, so it was understandable.
