Very VERY NICE ON PHONE!!! Unfortunately from what I understood over phone they dont mess with bed bugs. I do absolutely 💯love the name of the company and I like how they let me talk so very NICE!!!!!!

Called at 9am to have them come out, gave them address and told had wasp nest in attic once that was said he acted like they no longer wanted to come and he wanted off phone and was told he will be out today. When i asked around what time i was told before lunch i said thats fine just give me call 30 mins before he came out if possible. Well he said ok and hung up, well they never took my number so thought maybe they had caller ID.... Go to say no one had shown up at all or called to say they couldnt make it and reschedule.. Will never deal with these people again ..
