Where to start!! We had a great time with Jessica and ShutterBooth for our wedding. The guest enjoyed every minute of it and I’m surprised Jessica didn’t run out of film. Jessica is very profession, but was also very fun. My husband loves her. Lol The quality of the pictures were better than expected. And the monogram that Jessica customized for us was on point!!

We recently had ShutterBooth at our wedding reception in St Augustine and Jessica did an amazing job! She worked with my fiance and I along with my venue the entire time. She was amazing with our guests and made sure our scrapbook included every picture. I was so all over the place on my wedding night but she made sure I took a moment to enjoy the booth myself. We recently celebrated my grandmas 80th birthday in Palm Coast and ShutterBooth was certainly a hit with everyone. I used Shutterbooth for my daughters 11th birthday party and was incredibly disappointed. I got the highest level package - what a costly mistake. The young woman running the booth was totally disinterested in her job and sat on her cell phone most of the time. The pictures printed sloppily and crooked. The party logo was half off most of the pictures and the photo quality was poor. The prop box was very unimpressive - not much in it and I could have come up with better from my kids dress up bin. The scrapbook they provide was simply a cheap photo album with 4x6 photo slots that the attendant sloppily shoved a bunch of the photo strips in, which of course did not fit so they just stacked together in a heap. To add insult to injury, the package we purchased said in writing that it included a CD of all the pictures taken that night and the attendant confirmed that would be the case with me. The owner, Jennifer, would not honor that. She made me pay an additional $15 to get the CD, even after I pointed out that it says its included and she acknowledged her attendant said it was included as well. She was very unapologetic and did not care about how incredibly disappointed I was in her service and what poor service it was to force me to pay her more money in order to get the CD that explicitly said it was included. I would highly recommend against ever using Shutterbooth. What a costly mistake and disappointment!
