Extremely pleased from beginning of service to end. Process and expectations were clear regarding the contract. A couple of days before the party, I was notified of the delivery date and time via text. The day of the party, the company made sure I could sit back and relax as a parent! They delivered, set up and later picked up the obstacle course we rented. Communication of the logistics was great and on point! This allowed me to enjoy my sons 9th birthday party. I am so impressed. You could not ask for better communication or a better service. It was so easy to book online. They text me 3 days out with an estimated drop off time. They text me again the day before with another confirmation. They text me on the morning of letting me know they were on their way. Then they text me when they were on their way to pick it up with an ETA. They were so pleasant during drop off and pick up. It was just a seamless wonderful experience. Everyone who asked about it, I made sure they knew where we rented from and how happy we were with it. The monster Octopus slide was so much fun for the kids, and the adults! It was pretty intimidating to be level with the second story of my house while at the top of the slide. You will zip down the slide at Mach-G and land in a pool of water that will take your breath away as you gasp at how much fun it is.If I could, I would give them all the stars. Amazing company with an amazing service!

Received a text 2 days before with our approximate drop off and pick up times. Day of the party, they texted me when they were on the way with an ETA and sent another message with a 30 minute window of coming to pick up the slide. Set up was great, they were all quick and very friendly. Would DEFINITELY recommend using them and would totally rent this water slide again - it was a hit!

Everything was great! We asked for our bounce house from 12-6:30pm and received a text 2 days prior it would be delivered early, and picked up later than our end time. We rented a 100ft obstacle course. They notified me the day before what time they would be delivering and picking up. When they dropped it off they explained that each inflatable is cleaned but still went through with a blower and got out any grass that may have been stuck in the cracks from previous uses. They were super professional and friendly. Pick up timewas right on time and again they were super professional and friendly. All our party attendees really enjoyed it! It was well worth the money. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an inflatable to rent!

My youngest turned 5 on June 14th (yesterday) and we decided to rent her a bounce house/water slide but werent sure whom to go through without losing an arm and leg. Onslow Inflatables were life savers; they had an amazing 23ft demon octopus in her words that she absolutely wanted for a SET price (6 hours) that didnt break the bank. They came out to set up the inflatable and within 15 minutes, we were good to go and ready to enjoy the day. Never in my life have I seen all of my kids (ages 21 to 5) have so much fun in their lives, as well as my in-laws (70s, yes! They went down and up this massive joy slide many times) and my husband (40s). It was definitely an amazing and memorable birthday for not only my kids but my outside family and I couldnt be more happier with how everything turned out. The product held well with everyones weight at the top and bodys slamming full force at the bottom of the slide. 😂. Oh, and they even let you keep the inflatable overnight/the next day for a reasonable fee if youve got kids that want to stay up all night (OR ADULTS!) and play their hearts out. All in all, 5/5, for sure. I know whom Im renting through again in the future for our next big day. Onslow Inflatables, and no one else. Thanks guys!!!

Excellence from beginning to end. Online convenience for reservation, waiver and payment. Owner texted updates upon arrival and communicated well answering all my questions. Once inflated, they began disinfecting the unit which is a huge bonus these days. Price was very fair especially considering it was an entire day of fun. We had a blast with our inflatable slip n slide!! They came and set it up early and picked it up later that night! The service was amazing. The only issue we had was that the threading on the slip n slide was leaving scratches all over everyone’s body.I would still recommend though, we had a great time and will most likely be renting with them again!

I rented party games. The games were ready when I arrived. They helped me load the games in my vehicle. I actually dropped them off early which wasnt a problem, and again they helped unload. Overall it was a very easy experience.

I would give them zero stars if possible. We are located less than 1/2 mile from Mikes Farm in ONSLOW county and they call my daughter today to tell her the bounce house she arranges for and paid a deposit on was not going to be delivered for my grandson’s birthday on June 12th because we were too far out! However they claim to service Duplin county and all of Onslow. Needless to say they will not get any business from us

I rented backyard party games. I requested the giant connect 4, tug o war rope, & giant Jenga blocks. However I was given 4 sack race bags instead of the jenga. Didnt realize it till we got to the event. The items we used were a great success and fun. Just disappointed that we didnt get the jenga game.

I called and left a message with Onslow Inflatables for a bounce house rental for March 14. Ashlea called me back within 30 minutes just to let me know they didnt have anything available that day, then offered a 10% discount for our next rental because they were fully booked. How awesome is Onslow Inflatables. I dont know any other company around here that would offer that. She even recommended another company in town because she knew how upset I was. A lot of other companies wouldnt do that because of the competition. I will 100% be contacting them for all my future parties and not because of the 10% discount but because they are a genuine company that go above and beyond to help.
