Great experience with Bounce Around Inflatables. Quick response time for arranging party dates/times/quotes. He showed up the day before to set it up at no extra charge to make sure it was good to go without having any issues the day of. The slide was put down on a tarp, tied down securely, and sanitized. The kids had a great time. Definitely very happy with the whole experience. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking to rent an inflatable.

Bounce Around was wonderful! They set up the slide/bounce house to where it was secure in the ground. I’ve never seen a inflatable place do that and it made me feel better about the safety of the children. They were easy to work with and very friendly. Everything was done professionally and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to several people!

We thoroughly enjoyed renting from this establishment.They showed up on time for drop off and had our inflatable up and running in minutes. The same can be said for pick up. They showed up when they said they would, and easily tore down the slide as well as packed it up without having to have assistance from us. Our whole party enjoyed the experience with this slide and the employees who represented the company. Our experience was easy, and delightful.

Cannot say enough nice things about renting from them! I called them on a Friday night at 9 pm stressed out because the one I had rented from another company was no longer available due to holes made by a previous customer that day. I had a party on Saturday afternoon!! He was able to make room for me and brought it out and set it up for me before everyone arrived even though I know he was super busy and squeezed us in and then even let us have it a bit longer that evening even though he needed to get it home and cleaned up and ready for use the next day! He was such a blessing and really saved our son’s birthday party!! Thank you!!

5 stars all the way. I wouldnt recommend any other inflatable company. I called around to 4 inflatable companys on Google search near me before coming across this one. They should be number 1. Three out of the 4 didnt answer the phone, never even called back. The other one was rude. These guys answered the phone when I called and were very friendly. They even set up early. So I cant express the gratefulness of Bounce Around Inflatable Rentals! Last minute, the night before the birthday party for our Six Year old birthday party I call them and ask to schedule a set up before noon. They say they are heading out bat 6 am to deliver all over and will be there before 12. Well they were there 1030am way earlier than expected set up, clean and make sure it was sanitized ready for the party and came hours after the party was over to tear down. For the great Customer service and professional service. I will be using Bounce Around Inflatable Rentals again shortly this summer for the next birthday party!!!

Bounce Around saved the day, our plans fell through with a personal contact and I called Darrel Saturday for a same day delivery. Not only did they help save the day but they were so patient and understanding with me. He delivered all his scheduled drop offs and was still able to make it to our event on time! He was quick with the set up and he communicated throughout the whole day with me of his ETA. During pickup he cleaned up the bounce house and was super quick. We were beyond impressed with our experience renting from this company. They dealt with a last minute schedule change (from us) easily, and on the day of our event they showed up on time, set everything up quickly and safely, and left us with a SUPER clean bounce house to use for our party. It seriously looked like it had never even been used before. When the party was over, they came back and disassembled and packed everything up efficiently as well. Rented a water slide for my daughters 6th birthday and the kids had a blast! Slide arrived well before our party, was very clean and well maintained. They set everything up quickly and really well! 15+ kids between 5-9yrs old had at that thing all day and no issues... We live on base and still used them instead of renting from MCCS... the convenience of set up/take down and cleanliness was worth the extra money! (Bonus points for having base access) We will be using them again in the future ☺️

They bounce house they brought us was absolutely amazing it was huge it was a big monster truck with a slide they brought it over the night before and then came back the next morning and set it up it was ran by a had powered generator and it lasted all day long from 9:00 in the morning all the way until 6:00 6:30 at night it was absolutely amazing they are very nice, an helpful they set everything up quick and fast and the prices are not outrageously ridiculous either I would recommend them to anybody that would want to bounce house for their kids this is the place to go theyre absolutely amazing

It saddens me to see the negative energy surrounding this company right now. I currently live in New York City and have experienced the kindness of the owners for myself. My neighbors 7 year old daughter had just been diagnosed with cancer. The owner of the business reached out to me based on a post that I created online, and volunteered to donate a Few bouncy houses for the child’s birthday party. She and her husband rounded up her 2 beautiful daughters and drove the whole way to New York State to insure kaylen had a wonderful time for her birthday. She even went as far as to rent a pop corn machine and had her brother who lived in New York City come with a few of his friends and wear costumes of different cartoon characters at no expense to my neighbor. She cleaned and sanitized all her equipment before and after we used them. It was an amazing experience. You don’t find such kind hearted people. I can’t imagine them doing the things said here. I’ve read the reviews and honestly I don’t understand how after all these years there haven’t been any bad reviews but days later after this one event, 3 different people decided to post the same negative review on the same day. All of you should be ashamed of yourselves. I definitely will recommend this company.

Let me just say I brought my kids to a festival where this inflatable company was also working and I was highly impressed with their kind professionalism, patience, and cleanliness...not only towards me as a parent but my kids too! During such a busy time everyone was treated with all fairness! They were reasonably priced but even if they werent Id still pay up to see my kids happy for one fun-filled festival night. The owners were more than phenomenal overseeing the activity going on and making sure things was done accordingly! I highly recommend them for any future events!! I was at Humphreys farm that night . I had a total of 4 kids with me . Hard to manage them but this couple made it easier for me because they actually helped me keep a eye out on them. They was very polite even when so much was going on. There was peoples kids who was just running and jumping on the bounce house and they still stay calmed and tried to maintain order. Even when the parents was giving them a hard time. My daughters said they want a bounce house for there birthdays and I know where I’m renting from. First off y’all are very unprofessional yelling at children second off no one snuck a kid on the money was paid, however the issue at hand is that you called someone cheap but did you know that event you paid at the door and you as the company were not allowed to charge other fees. So you took advantage of people and then degraded them on how they paid. How about instead of being greedy with a coin shortage you shut your mouth or your Buisness will plummet. I have pictures for everyone to see so they can see who the list is and lastly didn’t no one lie about kids especially since I have one, my kid comes first before anything you will just make up every excuse even when there is proof

I personaly see Daryl and Jaleesa clean and sanitize their bounce arounds. They are so meticulous. I would not want to rent from Anyone else. They are the most professional of any one could be in this line of business. I would not trust my childrens safety to anyone else.

This company is not very friendly when it’s a large event apparently maybe at a private party y’all haven’t experienced their attitudes but trust me they have bad ones I seen them grab a child and then proceeded to yell at her and I don’t know how old she was but after that I left and I am informing everyone I know to not use these people for their events in the future!!!
