Ive worked with Mugwump on multiple productions and rental needs over the past four years and have always had a great experience. They are responsive, accommodating, always helpful, and setup and breakdown are always impeccable. Their equipment and product are always in great shape and theyre quick to replace something if it doesnt meet the standard.

This company is extremely unprofessional. Do not use them!! I paid in full upon discussing a vision for my wedding at length and signing a detailed contract for exactly what I would be getting on my wedding day. Two weeks before the wedding they called asking for more money. Three days before the wedding they called asking to change things because they double booked equipment. On the wedding day they show up with entirely different flowers, different type and color with out calling to let me know or offering reimbursement. They were hoping I just “wouldn’t notice.” then when I called them to give them the chance to rectify the situation they essentially told me they were humoring me by letting me share what happened and they were not going to do anything. They were so unprofessional and rude. I would have been better off doing bouquets myself!

Mugwump is my go-to team for event rentals in North Florida! Mark Elliott has been my contact there since I began working with them, and he is truly one of my favorite people in the events industry. He is kind, informative, efficient, and always willing to help in any way he can! As an event planner, it is incredibly important to me that I assemble a team of vendors that I can trust to handle their piece of the puzzle with knowledge and attention to detail, whether I am around for questions or not. Mark and his team never fail to impress me, and I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Mark, for making my job 1000x easier and for always putting a smile on my face.

Emily and Madi went above and beyond for me- between meeting in person, countless decor & flower changes and emails exchanged- They were always so enthusiastic and helpful. Even if they couldn’t help me right away they would touch base with me and follow up without me needing to ask. Their communication was very impressive and their kind, helpful, and sincere personalities definitely made it a top notch customer experience. Oh, and all of my decorations were absolutely wonderful! I have worked with Mugwump on several events and they are always a pleasure to work with and they make so many events so special. If you have an event and need that special touch this group is the perfect choice to bring it to reality.

Had a poker event at work on short notice. We were able to get a table and dealer. The dealer was professional, enthusiastic, and entertaining. Definitely plan to pay some significant delivery fees with the rental services, but those fees get more palatable with more tables. The management team was very helpful and really made this happen.

Mark Elliott and his team were outstanding in their execution of our holiday party. From set up to strike, they worked with fluidity and the utmost professionalism (even in the midst of an accident, they were collected and efficient). We cannot wait to let them transform our office again!

Highly recommend! I had a surprise birthday for my husband last night and it was incredible. From the second I spoke with Elizabeth she was able to get the ball rolling. All my questions were answered and the party was all in the works. When she arrived with her team they were very efficient and super nice! They got in and got out. Oh, and don’t get me started on the dealers they were amazing!!! Especially one older gentleman who was the rave of our party. Everyone just loved all his jokes. My experience with Mugwump Productions was absolutely AWESOME!!!! Barbara met with me and my planner and she was extremely thorough. She took time to listen to my vision which included my time and budget constraints. The night of my event I was overwhelmed with the beauty your décor provided. Mugwump provided all the rentals for an annual holiday party including tables, chairs linens, furniture, uplighting, glow tables, glow orb centerpieces, and a few other decorative items. The planning process with our Mugwump Project Manager was seamless. She was organized, creative and just a pleasure to work with. The quality of their work at affordable rates is rare. Mugwump also created custom ceiling decor for a 40th anniversary party. It turned out better than we had expected. From conceptualization to implementation, Mugwump continually goes above and beyond.

Honestly... this company was a disappointment. Called for an event. The planner came over to view the venue. Thought everything was going great, then, they just fell off the face of the planet. Called and emailed the gal who came several times and no response. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a true professional.My event was small budget, however they are so dumb that they just lost what would have been their biggest deal yet for 2019.

Haylee was such a delight to work with! She was very responsive and accommodating pre-event. Onsite she always made sure to check in and walk me through the set ups as well as introduce me to the entertainers. She worked wonders on branding the décor to please our sponsor partners and whenever I had a strange ask or request she always came back with so many options and possibilities. She has a positive attitude and I will definitely plan to reach out again to Mugwump if we have any other events down that way. Overall great experience!
