I want to say thank you for going out of your way to find a Monster High Bounce House for my daughters birthday party. The bounce house was clean and disinfected which I also appreciated. The kids had a blast. I will definitely rent another from your company for our next event.

Highly recommend! We rented the caterpillar bounce house/water slide for the weekend. It was larger than we expected. Perfect for our 2 five year olds. Made a quarantine birthday one to remember! They communicate well from reminder emails, to a text the morning of as well as a call when they’re on the way. My only tip would be for the delivery men to be a bit more friendly. They’re by no means rude but if you talk to them they don’t make eye contact or say much. I think they just want to get the job done as quickly as possible which I respect. They were extremely fast and quiet for both set up and take down. Will be using them again for future parties! Just thought to add this in. They send a ton of instruction over email. It clearly outlines what kind of surface you need as well as the amp power the bounce house needs to work. Super helpful and allows for a smooth set up.

I was referred to this company by a friend.The website was user friendly and showed what was available for booking, hours to choose from, etc. I clicked the one I wanted, signed the waiver, and paid in a matter of minutes. (I believe it gives you the option to put a deposit or pay in full- cant remember for sure). I got the email confirmation and then a follow up email within a week of the party. The guy called me before delivery to confirm as well. The delivery and pick up was seamless and the service was AMAZING. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it and it was well worth the money. I ordered a water slide for my daughters birthday party. I called with a question about the size and the man I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. They ended up delivering the slide a full 24 hours before my request, which was awesome for my kids as they got all that extra time to play on it. Great Experience. Wonderful and trustworthy company to deal with. We had no problems at all with the company or products. We rented two for the day: the double lane slip and slide and the tallest side. The kids ranged from 18-20 years old and said it was the best slide they had ever been on.

The bounce house was delivered on time as scheduled. The guys were very friendly and professional. They got everything set up quickly. The kids loved the bounce house of course (which is obviously the most important part). Then two different guys showed up the pick it up and they were equally as friendly and professional as the first two. We rented a bounce house for a party. The kids loved it! They dropped the bounce house off earlier than we asked, so we had some extra time to enjoy the bounce house free of extra charge. The people who delivered the bounce house were friendly and efficient. Will use again.

They called, and then sent a text when I didnt answer, when they were on their to deliver and set up. Then when they inflated our rental the delivery drivers were embarrassed by how dirty it was and went and got cleaner. They came back and cleaned the entire thing, bounce house and slides and all.Then, when I was concerned it wasnt as bouncy as it should be and called them, in the middle of my rental, they sent someone out to assess and fix the issue.Well worth the money, and Ill be recommending to all of my friends with kids! Everyone had a blast, and I loved the customer service!!

I just had a Hello Kitty theme 1st birthday party for my daughter this past weekend and the bounce house was so cute. They came early on Saturday morning and was so quick to set it up and was out in about 15 minute. It was the same with the pick up as well. We will be renting from them from now on.

Very professional and honestly the best price in town. I booked them a year before my party and even though my party wasnt even near the date the team was still very responsive to each and every text. On the day of my party they arrived 3 hours before time...setup and showed me how to work everything...we had a malfunction with the train but before I even knew it was a problem the owner was accommodating me...I couldnt have asked for a better day or company to have worked with. Early delivery. Kids loved it. Only con is that they only sent 1 older guy to pick it up and we had to help get it rolled up and into the trailer.

So overall I am extremely happy with the service we received for my sons 2nd birthday party. We had the Thomas and friends bounce house along with the trackless train ride. There was an issue with the train being late bit they were quick to call and let me know that it would be late and still honored the allotted time that I paid for. I will definelty be renting from them again.
