My experience at Expansive has far exceeded the expectations I had for a co-working space, and I think that has a lot to do with Jen who runs this space. She is always polite, very helpful, and friendly and she seems to go out of her way to help you with your day in any way she can. The shared community spaces are always spotless and there is always an upbeat and friendly atmosphere. Id highly recommend this location and company.

Whilst waiting in line to take my commercial learners permit written tests, I parked next to this beautiful building. I had to stop my studying so that I could appreciate this multi use building on Market Street in downtown Jacksonville . Beautiful old brickwork with modern updates!

The Novel Coworking Groover-Stewart Building provides a modern work environment with amenities such as the dining/ break area with free coffee from an incredible machine that functions as a personal barista. The space is very professional while maintaining a laid back casual feel and the staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. The building and common areas are well maintained and are kept extremely clean.

There is definitely a wonderful community here at Novel. There is no shortage of networking opportunities and events. The value is here for sure!

Novel Co-Working is a great building to work in! The atmosphere is inviting and fun for clients coming in and you can meet a lot of contacts within the building alone. Love the building events for tenants that are put on by the community manager and there is space to reserve for individual client events for our company.

Novel has been a really nice office space to work remotely. Community manager Dani and sales manager Laura have done a really good job at putting together events for the office to make it feel like a fun community where you can mix and mingle with other professionals. Office parties for Halloween and thanksgiving were a blast and I can’t wait to see what is in store for Christmas! Highly recommend.

Ive been a member at Novel Coworking since early 2017. I began as a “Coworker” and moved my company into an office this year as we grew. In that time I’ve watched growth, the increase of community initiatives, and more diverse companies coming into the community. The amenities are top notch and always impress my guests and clients.When you walk in it’s easy to forget you are in Jacksonville—it feels like an office building in a much bigger city. Maintenance and cleaning is always extremely friendly and does a great job. What stands above it all is the Novel Coworking staff (Susan, Dani, and Justin). They are quick to resolve any issues and do such a great job of leading the community and creating an inclusive environment with tons of events and opportunities.

My office has been at Novel for just a little over a year. I love the atmosphere, the appearance, the logistics and the girls (Dani and Susan) and Justin! They are all Amazing and very personable. My business has increased in sales as we started out with a dedicated desk and now 7 months later we are in an office suite. I really enjoyed being here at Novel downtown Jacksonville. The staff has seemed to be constantly changing. During the middle of my lease last year they changed some of the rules like turning off the AC after 5pm and on the weekend. For a small business like myself I work weekend sporatically and so do my agents. You do also have to pay to use the conference rooms at Novel and book times which makes it easy to reserve the space. My favorite person when it comes to the Novel staff has been Dani S. Shes awesome and is sooo sweet! They also leveled up in regards to the community involvement which has been awesome. Overall Novel has been a great place to start and grow my business.

Beautiful space. The suite is business services is well thought out. Yet, I would rather have seen better provisions for member parking. And my personal business need would include customer parking and greeting features.Nevertheless, if you need work space and infrequently expect clients to meet you there, it’s a good option.

We were sold on the Downtown location, shared common space design and a trustworthy, human reception process for our visiting clients. Our complaints have been minimal and our experience has been vastly more positive than negative. The greatest perks being the additional creative businesses within the building, the staff who genuinely want to become your work space friends you can rely on and the quality free coffee. Love this place. You cant beat the office options and room for growth that Level has to offer. Plenty of cheap parking spaces on the same block which is huge deal for a downtown office. This is a great place to work if you work from home, but need to get out of your home. I recently had a baby, and the Mothers Room here is so thoughtful and perfect for any breast-feeding mom.

Most of the staff are an absolute disaster looking to pass off problems to the next person which delays everything. Incapable of problem solving or kindly greeting guests. Theres one girl Ive never even seen smile. Most times no one is even at the front desk to direct anyone. If your co-working the space looks cool but dont let the cover of this book fool you. When you move in they become the face of your business and its not a good one.

I visited for one day in April. This is a great facility to rent an office with super nice people and a great vibe. However, if you work on a laptop and are just in town for a few days of work there are limited power options. This facility has loads of potential but has one desk and the rest are tables in the middle of the room - almost all with no access to power. The chairs are attractive for short open office meetings, but not fit for purpose for sitting for 8 hours of work. I run battery intensive stuff for work and and wore my laptop battery down fast. It made it difficult to be productive, and in the end went to the library for free and where power is not an issue. Note that this is a non issue in every cowork space I have ever worked in. Good facility, loads of potential, but didnt meet my needs and ended up being less productive than I needed to be even though I planned ahead pretty well and the place says its fully furnished and amenity rich.

Level office has been one of our favorite places to work from. The space is awesome. Staff is attentive to details and always helpful. If you are looking for a coworking or office suite come on by and take a look!!

This is a really nice office building in the downtown area plus its close to the Maxwell house coffee building

Spent over a year at these offices. Old building with problems, had to wear gloves in my office during the winter months and in the Summer, the door had to stay open to reduce the temperature. For may days it was simply not possible to use it. Parking is a nightmare, had a permanent space and people parked in it anyway, simply ignored the towing signs.The worst was visitors bring babies to office suites, not great if you are in the next office and on conference calls.
