I paid $400 Thursday, Aug. 26th for an overnight delivery of a suitcase from the UPS store in Edwards Colorado to Jacksonville FL. Once I found out that the luggage was missorted and would not be delivered until 4 days later on Monday, I have tried for several hours and countless number of phone calls to get help with this situation. All I can get from UPS is outsourced calls to Asia, the Philippines, or the Caribbean. Today, Saturday, Aug. 28th, we have located where the luggage is in Jacksonville but we are being told that we can’t speak with the distribution center where the luggage is until Monday. Due to circumstances and additional travel plans, if we can’t get our luggage first thing Monday morning, we will have to cancel our flight. UPS has not been helpful at all and it has been impossible to speak to someone in the USA. I do hope people read this because it is 100 % accurate.

You better hope you dont miss your UPS driver, this place is a total mess. We were told to be here to pick up our item because the driver didnt deliver our item. We spoke to UPS and arranged to pickup our package at 7:45 weve been here for over an hour and a half waiting with everyone in the photo I took. Service is slow and no one motivated to make things move faster. There seems to be no Manager on duty to even deal with. The customer service agent has no customer service skills at all. UPS corporate will be called.

Been waiting on a call from this center for 4 days about a package they have failed to deliver on 3 different occasions. I’ve contacted customer care numerous times and they tell me I’m on an urgent list and will be receiving a call within the hour. The customer center doesn’t call but updates their system in order to make it look like they did. Customer service at this center is non existent. Don’t expect it.

After being directed by the 800 number to go here to pick up a package.we were told could not be delivered because it didnt have my apartment number. come to find out the box did have the apartment number. This place not only made me wait the lady behind the counter was exceedingly rude. She snapped at me from the very first interaction asking for an address and then told me that my package was not there and I had to go on the opposite side of town she flung a piece of paper at me and refused to give me the ZIP code for the new address. Very very rude and not customer friendly.

Packages never delivers on time. Always given a excuse like severe weather (its sunny and 75).. or package damaged (recieved package 1 day later with no damage and not repacked).Never given a straight answer. No one investigates problems. Customer service is non existence.. 100 percent would not reccomend.. there company slogan logistical leaders is a lie.. Amazon does a better job on their worst day.. want a better experience trust your package to someone else (not FedEx either)

While we didn’t get her name the lady told us she had been here 22 years, I hope this narrows it down. She was assisted by Mr. Willie also. I will say that both of them went above and beyond to help my wife with a package that was supposed to be delivered to our house. We did have to wait as opposed to coming back but this was because of the driver not being back yet. Me Willie walked over to the other building once the truck got back and retrieved it himself. All of this was done after they had closed at 8pm, we had been there since 7pm. Thank you for all over your help. It could have turned out much worse and left a bad taste in our mouths about UPS, but she helped us. Thank you

UPS loses your package, Good LUCK it is impossible to get any info if you talk to a person they just give you the same info that you already know ITS LOST! I have called customer service like 15 time to NO success!!! An expensive package was scheduled to be delivered on Nov 28 while I was out of town. I put a hold on it until I returned on Dec 1 through UPS MyChoice web site and received a confirmation email that it would be delivered on Dec 2. The package also required a signature for delivery due to the nature of the package (a large amount of ammunition). UPS driver left the package outside of my gate, near the road, on Nov28. Needless to say, it was not there when I returned home. Claims investigation said claim denied because they couldnt reach the receiver..ME!! Repeated calls and they said they would contact the shipper because they were the ones who paid to ship. Apparently its not their fault that they ignored shipping and signature requirement requests. Meanwhile there some thief whos in possession of all this ammunition. and Im out of $$$$$!! Irresponsible and plain criminal!!

It’s very hard to contact a UPS Account Manager. I’ve called customer service numerous in a span of a week plus. After being assigned two case #s & promises that iI’d get a call, no one has bothered calling me. I have an account with UPS for decades bur it’s a real mess right now. They don’t value my business. They have gotten worse! They don’t deserve even one star. I’ll have to take my business to FedEx.

Paid for 2 day delivery on April 1st. It’s now April 9th and UPS has no idea where my package is, their customer service is useless. I completed their lost package report and that takes up to 8 business days. And they will respond with an automated generic reply. Obviously UPS cares nothing about customer service, maybe they need a lesson from Amazon.

I have watched on follow my delivery, my supposed package has made a complete circle around my house down every road possible in my neighborhood and skipped me and totally left the neighborhood and now the time has changed and put to 9 pm, and I know the driver will not come back down in this neighborhood

The ladies and gentlemen in this help center was completely helpful especially the young lady who helped me since I did not know the codes and allowing the regulations she helped me through them how to print my address form it was pretty easy when she explained it to me oh, I know they have to move fast pace but it was nice to have someone take the time to show you how to do the latest technology, plus I got a chance to see how things going on in ups when they take your package it was a nice experience theyre nice people at that particular help center

Customer service is a minus zero. I ordered a package with two day shipping. The package was said to be delivered at the end of day. I spent few hours waiting because I thought I needed to be home to sign for it. I called customer service the first time and they told me that it would be here by the end of day which is 8 pm EST. The package did not arrive 8 day was extended to 10 p.m. I asked to speak to a manager and the customer service rep took my number and no one ever called. I decided to track my package and saw it had been delivered. No one knocked or anything.

Package arrived with carton damaged. Driver said she had to tape up package that morning in order to load on her delivery truck. She said she would note damage in her file. I was given no copy and it is not noted on my online proof of delivery. Try to get a person on the telephone - IMPOSSIBLE. Very poor customer service. They need more competition.

This location LOST my order from Apple 3 times. All 3 times tracking listed it out for delivery and it NEVER got delivered. The next day tracking changes to in transit .......UPS STILL has no explanation!!!The business responds to these reviews telling us to use social media to contact them but they NEVER respond back. UPS customer service is a joke! It’s obvious you’re speaking to someone overseas and when you say I need a location in Jacksonville then they give you a location in Miami it’s obvious customer service is bs. I said Miami is way too far away and then he says no it’s not it’s in Florida lol. Then I say transfer me to a supervisor and the supervisor says I can’t redirect your package before I even said anything. I wasn’t even trying to redirect the package but rather just find an access point because the website is just as bad as the customer service phone calls. Very sad when companies get too big for their own good then wonder why they fail. Btw the website has a error message when trying to search for access point locations. Unfortunately once you call customer service then there is no way to talk with an American or someone who is in America lol sad when we could use some jobs here!

The UPS Overnight Driver didnt stop at my house and the package was routed to a pickup location. Driver, reasoning I wasnt home. I was home and the driver never stopped, I believe he/she went to the wrong address. I called customer support and asked for the dispatch location to call me. They quickly called and said the driver would return with the package. The driver has never returned.

The lady that helped me was horrible. Didnt quiet get her name but she wore glasses and had a applewatch on. She didnt answer a single question from me. Not even when i asked her how her day has been. Didnt even look at me. She just said pickup...tracking number....and it was out for delivery for today. I showed her where it said on the app it changed from today to delayed a day. I also explained to her politely where the 800 number told me since it wasnt on the truck after talking to the driver i could come and pick it up from the service center. She once again ignored me and said (i dont care what that says.. It will be delivered tommorow) Only words from her. I spend an enormous amount of money monthly to express ship internationally and this is how i get treated. Lol. Back to spending my quarter a million yearly with DHL. Much better customer service.

In today’s world of convenience driven markets, UPS finds itself lacking. Attempted deliveries with no notifications left at residence (contradicting notes in system), long customer service on hold times(14:32), and foreign based CSR’s make for a horrible experience. With many shipping/ logistics companies offering very detailed tracking information and options, UPS has missed the target. In addition, if you live within 70 miles of their main distribution center, you are required to trek the journey in hopes their employees have followed through with your request only to find no one is certain if your package is on a truck, out for delivery, or possibly delivered while you were making the two hour journey to distribution center. So much for modern challenges of first and last mile/ satellite distribution centers.

Went there to ship two packages filled out to go on that little computer to fill out the paperwork which is very very in appropriate I had everything addressed in the labeled I dont understand why I had to do that then got up to the counter and they rang it up and it was a high price to pay and they said they would not take cash so we left and went to the post office it was able to ship it for a lot less money than UPS a whole lot less money

I wish I could remember the customer reps name because she was awesome. I had to send an unusual dimensions package and she found a safe way to wrap it. It was recieved in perfect condition. Ups is the worst, please use fedex, I was suppose to receive a package on Saturday so I waited all day, on Saturday night at 6pm I received an email saying my address was incorrect ( which it was not) I gave them a call letting them know that my address is indeed the right address, they told me I will have to wait until Monday to get my package and that someone will call me at 10am, I didn’t get a call until 1pm, I informed the lady on the phone that my address is correct and she told me that my package would be delivered, at 2:57pm on Monday I get another email saying my address is incorrect again!, called back about 10 more times and was told that the driver was still in my area and that he will deliver the package in an hour, about 45 minutes later I get another email saying my address is incorrect, I called again and they told me that I told someone that I will pick it up (which I never said) and the place I have to pick it up from is a 30 minute drive from my house, IM NEVER USING UPS AGAIN THEY SUCK

2 stars because there was someone who could actually help me with tracking a package that was supposed to be delivered almost a full week ago. Which still has not been delivered nor found or resolved by ups services. Additionally the hours of service is unacceptable for those who have to accommodate for this availability of inconvenience. It is 06/10/2020 and my package was supposed to have been delivered on 06/04/2020. Thanks ups now we know where your priorities stand.

If I could give no stars I would. Constantly having troubles with deliveries from them. The management at the Jacksonville Florida location is ridiculous and rude. Their driver coded my package as being refused when they never attempted to deliver to me. It was storming during the time they would have made a delivery, so instead of rescheduling, they put it as refused. Then the manager had the nerve to catch an attitude with me because they were called out on their error. The manager couldnt even answer my questions and give a valid excuse. Said the package was damaged and the driver refused on my behalf. Thats not what your tracking says. Now I have to waste time making sure I inform the company who shipped the package knows I didnt refuse. I would never recommend ever using them.

At one time, UPS provided great service at a great value. Today, we cant trust UPS to deliver anything on time. If you need something delivered by next day air and it has to go through their hub, just plan on it not being delivered on time. They have NEVER delivered a Next Day Saturday delivery package on time for us. Never. Our customers are sometimes losing thousands of dollars per hour waiting for a part. And when the part is not delivered (or lost) by UPS, guess whom theyre blaming? Yes, theyre mad at us. Our customers dont want to hear excuses from us, they want their equipment up and running. Yet, all we hear from UPS customer service (somewhere offshore) is excuses and apologies...but never any proactive activity to resolve our issue. Basically, they tell us Were very sorry for the delay. Theres nothing we can do. Well get your package to you as soon as we can. UPS has cost us tens of thousands of dollars (maybe more that we dont know about because they didnt call us) in lost business. Customer service is now directed all offshore. If you have a problem, good luck getting someone local to help you. Never going to happen. Basically, if you want to save a few dollars and you dont care when your package arrives at its destination, go ahead and use UPS. If you absolutely have to have your package delivered on time, use FedEx.

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. My boyfriend got me a lovely gift for our one year anniversary, which was marked as could not be delivered to our apartment complex. When he called the representative she said it would take the driver until 7:45 to return to the shipping center! We waited around until nearly 8 oclock, and finally were called inside to sign for my gift. The customer service representative was an older woman named Debbie who had the nerve to tell us to get a room when we walked up to the counter HOLDING HANDS. Not even kissing or being inappropriate. When I told her it was my anniversary gift she shortly replied that we shouldnt do things like that in her place of business. When I then told her that she was being rude and I was a customer (I hadnt even raised my voice), she shouted at me that he (my boyfriend) was the customer and that I should get off him.Long story short Ive never met a more sad and hateful woman in my entire life, and am shocked to see her treat a customer like this. DO NOT USE UPS. THEY HIRE RUDE OLD WOMEN. I will update when I call and file a complaint with the manager tomorrow, although from other reviews here I doubt Ill be satisfied with the result.

Dear Lord...what an experience. It was Christmas Eve Eve and were tracking down our packages that JC Penny screwed up (DO NOT ORDER OVER THE PHONE). One was delivered after UPS said theyd hold it (I had to retrieve from some unknown persons porch). The other 2 we waited we waited for 5 long hours until they found. God bless this folks that were working in there. They were great and patient people. It was packed out with people coming and going. Their system was flawed, but they had good staff. UPS - you find the names of the ladies that were working there that day and give them raises and bonuses! They made you shine, not the way the business system works. And thats all Ive got to say about that....

My experience with UPS was a VERY unpleasant one. I purchased a package on Amazon that was exceeding a limit to where I had to sign for it when it was delivered. I ordered the item on a Monday and it was supposed to be delivered by Wednesday. I waited at my house all day Wednesday Thursday and Friday package still was not delivered. I left my house to go to the UPS facility to pick up my package because they said that I had put a hold on it even though I did not. I pull into the parking lot at the UPS facility and I get a call from my sister at the house Saying that it had finally been delivered. The employees tells us one thing and the tracking number says something completely different. Called more than three times getting different people with completely different answers as to where my package was. If you want to order items for Christmas I advise doing it early in December!! If I could do no stars I would!! Terrible experience!

The UPS customer service has made a life long FEDEX customer of me. Ordered an item that was shipped out in four different packages. Called UPS customer service to have it held for pickup, as I was leaving town for two months the day of scheduled delivery and couldnt wait around my home for delivery. I guess it was beyond the abilities of the customer service representative to request the hold for all four packages. Susequently, the request for the hold on that tracking number was never processed anyways. Only after calling two more times and making the request for all four packages was one of the four packages held at the UPS center and the other three sent out for delivery. Ultimately, I had to wait both for the truck delivery and the UPS center to have my package ready. The only component person I spoke with was the guy at the dispatch center who actually called me to discuss whether I wanted to have the three packages on the truck delivered or pick them up. One component person out the six I dealt with.On another note, the customer service center doesnt exactly project professionalism either. There were boxes sitting all over the place in no organized manner. The one older lady that was working there had to walk around digging through packages to find orders, while a steady line of people waited. Why does UPS demand such a large market share when their competitors are far superior in customer service and professionalism? Do yourself a favor and use FEDEX or DHL when available.

I am having a really bad experience with UPS. First time though. I dont mind the package being late,,,,, but dont keep telling me On truck for delivery today,, when its not. They have been doing this for 8 days now for what was originally an overnight delivery. I called the office and the customer support guy told me that they are running about 8 days behind. I have been waiting at home at my desk near the front window waiting on package I ordered through Amazon and was tracking through UPS. I just now got a notification that Customer refused delivery. The delivery driver never even knocked or rang the bell. It is raining lightly outside. Do drivers really use this tactic because it is raining, like a lot of the reviews Ive read? Quite unprofessional. I wish there was something I could do to call them back and at least reschedule. Now I not only do NOT have the products I have ordered, but have to wait days for the refund that I did not want. These drivers are affecting peoples lives. We waited almost 2 hours for our package. They told my wife to arrive at 7:45 pm right before the store closed. We arrived at 7:30 pm but we didnt receive our package until after 9:20 pm. We were locked inside the store with several other customers who were all extremely upset. The lady behind the counter was very rude, she didnt take a single customers name or tracking number. She left at 8:30 pm as her shift was over and failed to hand off the little information she did gather from customer who were there before us. A new lady took over and she began making excuses and also failed to take anyones information. After they started blurting out random names of customers who were not present I suggested that they collect the names of the individuals who were present in the lobby. They did and we all started receiving our packages around 9 pm. The workers here seriously lack customer service and seem more interested in arguing with customers than taking meaningful actions to retrieve packages. I lost all trust in UPS on this night. Ill take my business elsewhere as much as I can.

Customer service does not speak very good English and you have to repeat youself many times. If they tell you they will call you back they will leave you waiting all day for nothing and their call back numbers do not work. They also have packages that say are out for delivery but then they dont deliver them. So many issues with this company. Too many companies use this service but bend your arm because they force you to go through them. Wish I could chose how I received my package.

Having a delayed package during the Christmas season is a little frustrating - but understandable to some extent. Trying to find anything out or get help from their customer service number is awful. UPS Jacksonville was supposed to have the package handed over to USPS over a week ago but never did so inexplicably and let the package sit in the warehouse. This was only resolved by calling where they are going to do an investigation which takes up to 8 business days. What sucks is that a Christmas present bought a month early is now going to be a race just to get it here before Christmas Day.

I shipped this across town (1 zip code over). only passed through one hub. Its lost. Dont you feel like the person searching for this envelope could benefit from knowing what it looks like? Then Why is it against policy for me to simply send you a photo of what you are supposively looking for ? Makes me think you arent looking for it .

Ordered a package and it was expected for Delivery yesterday (Friday). Got an alert in the evening on Friday saying a trailer was late so delivery was rescheduled to be delivered as early as possible. I checked the new date of delivery and it was rescheduled for Monday. Why Monday? The earliest date would have been Saturday. Ive had deliveries from UPS before on Saturdays too. The store was already closed so I called UPS customer service.They looked into it but since the store was already closed they couldnt pull up any more information on why they chose Monday instead of Saturday. I wouldnt care so much if it didnt have party supplies for my 3 year olds Birthday party on Saturday that we couldnt get from a store. Since the UPS store is closed for the weekend I cant even get a hold of someone from the store to actually get an answer as to why Monday was chosen over Saturday.

Well 3 weeks ago a package was marked as attempted to deliver at my place of business during normal hours where there is anywhere for 10-12 employees on site but obviously no attempt was made so I had to drive to the customer center to pick it up the next morning. Then Monday, luckily a man off Atlantic blvd called me and said he had a package of mine delivered to his address off of Atlantic......my business is off University blvd..... Oh and today as I sit on hold for the 3rd time this morning typing this, a package that was said to be out for delivery yesterday was not delivered and now they are telling me it will be delivered some time today by end of day. Oh wait but the First employee I spoke w told me also that I could come pick it up and that would be the fastest option. However I just found out from the new supervisor, oh whats the use haha this company is garbage w zero customer service yet has a monopoly on the shipping industry. Thanks UPS if I could give you zero stars I actually would.

UPS Next Day Air... on day 4 and they cant find it. Missed my deadline. They tell me to give them up to 8 days to locate the document. Thanks UPS, I will do my best never to use you again.

Horrible service. Was told that my package was not delivered because the driver didnt feel like it. Had to drive out to BFE to get to customer center. Once there, the employees were rude and not helpful. My package was not at the center that I had been told it was already at. Please replace the staff at customer center.

Waiting for next day delivery 6 days later still no package have been told every day its on truck for delivery. UPS is 20 min away. for 3 days customer service has been telling me someone would call me back still no call back either.
