Hopefully you will never have to go here!! They make you stand outside while they load your truck... this is FL and was 102 degrees out with 100% humidity!!! I stood outside waiting to get loaded for almost four hours!!! Left there with a load of paper and also severe heat stroke!! Just another shipper that shows how much they appreciate drivers!!

I was there at least four times and every time is the same thing, after check again you got to spend hours over hours waiting to get loaded, last time I even canceled the load and got out, its not worth it... Last time I went in I had like 27 trucks ahead of me and it takes at least 45 minutes for his truck to get loaded so I just quit man I just went out and ditched the load

Y’all should have an ethics meeting at this company. The black guy that was refusing my driver over a “hole” that you’d need a magnifying glass to see, was trying to get some money from my driver so he could load him. Maybe pay your people more that way they won’t have to extort money from actual hard working people.

The worst place in Florida. If you have a load here or pick up here refuse to get sent here. Appt time 1100am. It is now 8:00pm and still waiting on paperwork. Avoid at all cost. So sad you have to leave 1 star wish they had minus 10

Make sure your trailer is clean & not wet . Otherwise they will reject you .

This place is a NO GO 9 rows of Detention not paid due to the inability to even get into the port because they are so slow. YOUR LATE because they wont let you in to check in. Arrived at 1330 loaded at 2300. Then reciever was not ok with me missing apt 670 miles away and made me a work in losing another day. BEST HEAD TO SAVANNAH!!!

Most ridiculous place to hold drivers outside on the heat 5 hours due to their COVID policy !!! Unhumane!!!

If your coming for SEAONUS it’s all about luck, either it’s fast or it’s really slow, average waiting time 1-2 hours. But make sure your trailer has no holes they will reject to load you 100%.

Checked in at 3:15 pm now it’s 9:00pm and still here.All this time to load 8 roles of paper!!!Time waste. First time getting loaded here and by far one of the best organized operations that Ive dealt with. Maybe just lucky! But based on my experience I would have no problem coming back to pick up another load. About an hour and a half from arrive to depart.

Do not listen to old reviews they do NOT accept cash for port security fee. It was $50 enter on far right of driveway lane 1 if no TWIC. I didn’t see a sign for that but had to get turned around to come back in lane 1. They close trailer doors to inspect for roof holes in trailer check yourself and repair first will be rejected.

Took 6hr to get me loaded.

Avoid this place for the pickup. You will spend about 6 hrs in your truck moving through the one of the lines. Be ready to have some cash only, if your broker didn’t pre-paid escort. If you don’t have a vest, you can buy one for $10 cash at the shipping office. Once you finally will get your door, you will have to drop you landing gear and sit in the shopping office.

Worst Company i have ever worked for they Treat Truck Drivers like Dogs and make them pay for everything.

If you do some research prior to pulling in here, you will know its a port. And ports require twic cards, no passengers and a class 2 safety vest. So if you show up UN prepared and cry about it, your the problem not the port!

Expect 4 to 8 or more hours to load. Make sure you have hours on your clock. Typical slow moving port under federal control. $45.00 fee for port escort.

I had my TWIC, I had my vest, I was out of there in less than 2 hours. Everyone was courteous and professional.

Some of these gaurd are over the top have a couple of guards out side so I pick one and walk up show my twic card to him so I can go back to my ship and no then 10 steps once I walked in a gaurd on the other side of the gate yelled at me to see my twic I said are you serious I just showed it to the guy right beside u and he said I want to see it,to much man over the top,you have over 800 hundred cameras at the gate and 3 guards calm down nobody is getting past that gate unnoticed

This port is trash. No one knows what theyre doing. Guards and port authority are the rudest people youd ever meet. These people act like a prison system and youre their prisoners. Not to mention my wife had to sit outside 4 hours in 100 degree weather no water or shelter. I will never take a load from this port ever again.

Slow, rude guards, they will only let the active driver go thru the gate forcing sleeping co-driver to wake up and sit on a hot bench while they take there sweet time unload your truck.

No need TWIC card if you have your CDL with you .Long line but quick to get loaded.Most of people complain about staying in the drivers room. But its the only way they can call your name when they done loading.

Called to ask for escort rates and was told to call the broker, I had already called th broker and they told me to call this place.So as a driver the run around is absolutely irrational and unnecessary to haul their product.

Make sure you have a Brand new trailer. They are super strict on little cracks in the floor or roof. Scuff plate coming off. Ive seen people get rejected left and right when in reality it wont hurt their precious paper.
