Our experience with Shipping and Handling has been excellent and consistent. Weve shopped, visited, and tried other 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations in Florida, California, Texas, Michigan, and South Carolina. They all promised a lot, some tried, but most did very poorly or were too expensive.I have dealt directly with all company departments, from Management, to IT, to Client Fulfillment, and Accounting. Not only have all staff performed well, been responsive, and professional, but all - without exception which is almost odd - have demonstrated a great attitude. That type of culture breeds and supports success.Their costing is fair and competitive, and their billing is clear and detailed. Frankly, makes you wonder why other operations cant simply do it right like these guys do.Update Feb 5 2019: This company has changed over the last several months. Over 80% of their outbound shipments have errors, they are unable to present count / stock history, inventory quantities change from one day to the next, and despite 2 people checking the shipments they still make errors. We are going to need to secure our own staff to run our own physical before we move out asap. They use to be great, but despite repeated efforts of good faith to resolve and have patience, they are unable - and frankly unwilling - to accept any responsibility. Look at the other recent reviews on them before you choose this warehouse for your products.

We are a national manufacturing business using SAH to fulfill our orders in the Southeastern US. So far our experience has been nothing but positive. From initial contact to setting up our account to initial stocking to fulfilling orders their service has been friendly, professional and accurate. This is a refreshing change in a business (warehousing) that is not always customer - oriented. Weve only been on board for 3 months but so far their performance has been 100% error free. I highly recommend SAH for any company that needs order fulfillment that is reasonably priced, accurate and fast.

Weve worked with multiple fulfillment centers throughout our 6 years in business and Shipping and Handling is the worst weve had. We moved to them because of their location in North Florida, but whatever efficiency we gained by proximity has been lost due to numerous mistakes with shipments and unbelievably bad inventory management.Our inventory counts randomly shift by hundreds of units from one day to the next. Weve had product inventory damaged by Shipping and Handling at their facility and recurring issues with poor packing leading to broken products in shipment. We were also consistently overcharged on storage fees. When we finally had enough and had the product returned to us, they returned less than 1/3 the number of the pallets they were billing us to store each month. They also magically found hundreds of units of product across numerous SKUs that they didnt know they had. The final product we received back still did not match their final inventory report!To add insult to injury, they didnt even shrink wrap our product to pallets when returning to us, so our product was returned dirty and damaged. This is an unprofessional and unreliable fulfillment company that doesnt take responsibility for their errors and is focused on growth over quality. Avoid them at all costs!!
