If you need to go there make sure you got a TWIC. Other ways be prepared to wait all day for a escort which by the way... you pay for...security guard hate their life’s and jobs.... often very rude....then gate personnel. These people REALLY hate their lives . The least they can do to help, they will. The most they can do keep the flow they will. I’ve seen them brake seals just to refuse a load. Having a driver turn around creating a tremendous safety issue having people back up. Often rude. If it’s your first time in there..... better figure out how to read those hand signs and yelling.

If you used this company. You should make sure NOT TO leave anything of value in your truck. Like Bluetooth headsets, knifes, jewelry, jumper cables or tools out in view of the crew. Because it will be Not be in your truck once it arrives at the next port. An of course expected damage to happen during transit.

From San Juan Harbor to excellent Jaksonville Harbor. Communication with the Puerto Rico Car Transporte company was not efficient. They take a long time to answer or do not answer, if they call and the call is lost they do not follow up.
