Great company! I highly recommend! We were very pleased from the booking process all the way through to the day of our event. Great communication and friendly staff to answer my many questions. Shout out to Charles, our driver. He was amazing! Friendly, courteous, professional. Great value for the money we spent!

Driver was very helpful and polite. The Limo was very nice. The driver picked up right on time and was very flexible with our changing plans.

We were very pleasantly surprised. They upgraded us to a brand new limo at no extra charge. Clean inside and out. No smoke smell. ( last time I got a limo elsewhere and it reeked )Courteous well dressed driver. You get the Idea. Definitely recommend them.

I hired Susies service for a wedding. Driver was prompt and courteous. The limo was clean but the AC didnt blow cold and everyone was sweating. Thank God !! it was March 1st and not the summer or we would of simply took our own vehicle. The ride itself was concerning because every time we hit even the slightest bump it sounded like the rear wheel was going to fall off.

Fun fun fun. They were on time with good clean limo and a driver with just the right attitude. I cant thank them enough. It was really a great experience.

I wish I could give Susies Limo 5 stars but other than the vehicle they exceeded our expectations! We wanted to reserve the Excursion but it was not available so we ended up with the Infinity.David was our driver and I would request him any chance he is so personable, knowledgeable and easy going. From introduction to goodbyes I was highly impressed with David.The reservation process was simple and receipt received right away. It was strange to pay the balance the day before we reserved but it all worked out.The vehicle was not what I would want again. We only had 8 people for an 18 passenger vehicle and it was a little crowded once we loaded our coolers and bags. The main seating area left leg room to be desired as the aisle was very small. Again if we had rented the excursion I do not think this would have been an issue. The air conditioning worked great but they advertise the tvs onboard which did not have satellite so Im confused on why this is a perk. Thankful for David providing us a radio attachment to play our own music.All in all I would use Susies again and will request David but I would want to view the vehicle first.

Rude/Sassy. Boast lowest rate- not true. Look elsewhere.

Limosine had lots of wear and tear definately not up to date I would look elsewhere if you want something stylish and up to date this limo was a doozy

They were late and at one point said I would get a refund and now they are saying they wont. I would avoid them if possible. They arent reliable and arent professional.
