If you have a new vehicle or any windows that you expect not to get damaged, these would not be the people to hire! Their employees are obsessively disrespectful.Theres porta potties that people have on job sites they have left massive poo all over in it and my brand new Truck needs paint job because there obsessively a large lawn mower destroyed it throwing rocks and debris all over it because they aim the mower towards the vehicles went directly in front of it after smashing into T post fencing on the job site. I have all On video and intend on pressing charges. Their boss did not seem to care.

Our Condo HOA met with Chad at TLC to get a quote on a special project in early June. The quote we received needed to be reworked as it was too extensive for the work we needed done.I called Chad, Texted him, spoke to the Office Assistance and finally spoke personally to the Service Manager. Many times I was told the quote would be done, then Chad indicated likely not because the job had turned out to be smaller than anticipated. The job request had not changed from when residents and our management team, including me as Board Chair met with Chad early June. It was no more than changing the wording of the quote so we could work it within our financial categories.We selected TLC as a vendor to consider because of their work in other areas, but we never anticipated we would be set aside and not even receive a courtesy call, e-mail or text.I cant refer TLC to any corporate account. There are 4 HOAs within our community and all of us rely heavily on good service and open communication. We have not found that with TLC.Gezil AndrewsPresident, BOD

He was very professional and timely and the lawn looked really great when done.

This is the kind of large Mulch TLC has installed at my place of residence.Alot of it seems to be shredded wood that was used for building. Ankle breakers that wash into the sidewalk when it rains. NAILS in more than one piece. Hand for size reference. Seriously, this is NOT a way to keep costs down. Stop shredding pallets and landscape timers. There are kids that play here all the time, and nobody had the guts to stop the purchase, loading, and installation of this dangerous chopped wood product.

In dealing with many lawn care companies in the past this experience is unbeatable!My yard looks like a golf course. Each month and after service they give clear instructions on how to maintain property properly.Oh yeah and they also pay attention to detail. My gates are securely closed when they leave. Payments couldn’t be easier.I cannot say enough great things about this company.I sincerely thank you and your staff for true diligence and hard work!!!!

TLC has been a staple of quality and character for as far back as I can remember. Bob is much older so it’s really hard to say :). Seriously though these guys have provided my business with an exceptional service and product for over 30 years in Orange Park, Florida. Great place to work, and its a drug free environment! The owner takes the time to see how his workers are doing and everything! I use to have issues with drugs and working here with random drug test really helped me!! Each worker is very detailed and no one leaves the property until the property owner is completely satisfied.

Ive used several companies in the past until i found TLC. You can not beat the quality of work performed by their professional staff. They show up when scheduled and get the job done. For the quality and professionalism Ive received from TLC i can honestly say Im blown away by the price. So i highly recommend using TLC for all and any landscaping and maintenance.

TLC people are great to work with. Anytime Ive spoken with them it has been a pleasure. Also, another thing that I really like and that sets this company apart from most other commercial lawn care companies is how thorough they are with their employee background checks. They check everything! Legal status, drug test, criminal background, sexual predator check, and more. Obviously, they only want to hire good people. I am so impressed with their ability to do backroundd checks that on occasion I have had them do backround checks for me. They did so gladly and did not charge me a penny. Now those are great people!

They have repeatedly skipped cutting our back yard. Right now it has been three weeks in a row that they have not done it. Before the last time they did it, was also three weeks. Any attempt to contact their customer service have been ignored. Right now I have 3 foot tall grass in my back yard because they arent do the job theyre getting paid to do. I live in a neighborhood that pays them to mow lawns weekly. They also rarely edge, I always see grass growing onto sidewalks while walking my dog. Have seen the workers laying around on the sidewalk for 20+ minutes (this was around 8am, when they were just starting work). Many homeowners in our community have decided to mow their own lawns to avoid having them do it.

TLC has performed landscape maintenance on three of the commercial properties I manage. Their are attentive to details and responsive to requests. I highly recommend them.
