Jaxscapes were AMAZING. I called last minute the day before the 4th of July, with no problems or hesitation, they showed up less than an hour after I called and did a fantastic job!! I will use them any time I need landscaping. You should use them too!! They definitely didn’t disappoint.

I read these reviews and got to disagree with 2 of these reviewsTami “the wife” has been nothing but a sweetheart the last 6 years I have used this company and I hate seeing good ppl be treated that way there is no way she would of ever talked to anyone this way she is very shy soft spoken woman, I have been treated very respectfully by all of this company.I have never been stood up and they always communicate with us.Great company to do business with!!

Rude. Not helpful when there is a concern. Just defensive and making excuses. Dealt with my concern by dropping me as a customer. Not even well done work. Good luck to these people with this business model.

Rude and unprofessional BEYOND BELIEF; they require you to pay for TWO cuts up front, so you don’t even know if they’re any good or not but they demand you pay anyway. When I called back (politely) to let them know we were going to use another service, the wife started blowing up my phone and called me a “pathetic loser” who probably wants “$10 cuts”. I actually had to block her. There are many reputable lawn services in the area; I would run in the other direction from this “company”. Please note their other “good” reviews are actually made by themselves or fake accounts.

Never called, texted or emailed back after 2 weeks and a few messages. Moving on.
