I prepaid for a years service with Green Earth Solutions and am attaching pics of what my front yard looks like after the year; its in much worse condition than when I began the service. They spot treat weeds that they see while missing the majority of the weeds. I would walk the yard with the technician and point out areas that needed treating; I shouldnt have to do that. Their solution to any dead areas (that result from their lack of adequate treatment) is for me to resod. Im paying for the service and shouldnt be having the dead areas. Other customers seem satisfied but I certainly wasnt. I think its interesting that they made zero effort to get me to continue service after my contract period expired; they knew what poor condition my yard was in.

Would give less than one star if applicable. Absolutely disrespectful. Told me I was Stupid, to Please Stop Breeding and that Im a loser. Even if you dont like a person applying for your position, none of this is necessary. The Work they do is Immaculate, dont get me wrong. They are A1 in lawn care. But the CEO Todd Wolfe needs some character adjustment.

Green Earth Solutions -- Stay Away. There are good businesses and bad ones. Most try even if things go wrong. I have used Green Earth Solutions for the past 2 years now. I can tell you that I started with some weeds in my yard, but by the time they finished, I had to pay for a ton of new sod and treat it myself. The yard was in bad shape. When my wife would call, the owner would tell her that she was wrong and it wasnt in that bad of shape.The owner has been rude and condescending to my wife. For some reason, he always feels the need to talk to me, since I guess he doesnt think women can handle things like this. My wife and I told him that we have had to start treating the yard ourselves due to how bad it was getting. He just said that I was lying and that he busted me since if I did it myself I would have been killing the yard. This obviously isnt the case.I can say that it is unusual for me to write anything like this, but this company is so horrible, I want to make sure that others know to stay away from them.I see in the response below from the owner (typical of him) that he made something new up. He said I had an overdue balance. I didnt. I did get a bill that I didnt feel was appropriate. I paid it on the same day that I got it. I did this just to make them go away. I cant emphasize enough just how bad this company and owner are. STAY AWAY!!!

We have been using Green Earth Solutions for years and have had great results. The technicians are very knowledgeable and do a great job of preventing issues in my lawn. Customer service has also been good and they are very responsive if I ever request a service call. Best of all, theyre earth friendly and work like master gardeners rather than those spray n go services. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

But I cannot believe this:When trying to hire someone... professionalism is key, Not only from the person seeking employment, but also from the employer/owner of a company. An interview was made, then canceled, then a few texts were sent to stay in contact, then, Todd Wolf, the owner, texted him saying that in his experience, a new born baby on the way will take him away from the job.... (Even though for the dawn of time, men have worked after a baby was born)He told Todd that he and his girlfriend were prepared for whatever was needed for him to do the job.Then, after an unannounced phone call this afternoon around 2pm, This is the screenshot aftermath when my Nieces Boyfriend didnt answer the phone:

AVOID! Switched to them after some neighbors had some success with. Ive never had so many problems with my yard before, even BugOut did a better job. We have a small front yard too! With GES I had to constantly call or email, never once did I with my previous company. My guess is they arent putting enough down and are definitely not monitoring enough. Owner just went off on me over the phone blaming the weather. Ah, dont be in the lawn business in Florida if you cant handle the weather sir. Photos are from July 2019 and then today. Same one tiny area, lol. If you want your yard to consistently look like this, Green Earth Solutions is the way to go. There are other areas still recovering form chinch bugs on other side of the driveway just didnt have a photo.

I just want to say thanks to Green Earth. We moved in about 7 months ago and started using them. They rock! Love their customer service and value for the money. Very impressed!

Green earth is wonderful for lawn care. I just started using their service and I really like the professional manner that they provide. Their products used are all organic and I have to go organic since I have pets. Justin is my technician and he is great!

I have had this company do my yard fertilizer, etc for about 3 years. There has never been an issue or a problem. Today, I called Todd with a question. Can he do spraying for fleas in my back yard, and how much will it be? Todd called me back right away, and not only can he add flea treatment, but they will include it in my usual fee! Really? I was not expecting that. Then he told me one of his managers was in my neighborhood and would swing by and treat the back yard today! Gee, now that’s service. No one will do it at no additional cost. I’m impressed, and you will be as well. Call Green Earth Solutions, and you will be pleased. They were GREAT, for a while. They cleared up the weed problem in our back yard and our lawn looked great. But when a brown spot developed in our front yard, they couldnt figure out what happened. They even suggested that my lawn mower must have spilled gas on the spot. Or that I didnt water that spot (even though the spot was growing larger and larger, and yes, we did water). When I asked them to re-sod that spot, they fired us. They are a great company if you dont have any problems with your lawn!

Green Earth Solutions made it a point to go above and beyond with their customer service, which is the number one thing I look for in a business. I also love how they take the all natural route and explain everything to me so I know what Im getting on my lawn and how to properly maintain it. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a beautiful, lush lawn!

Green Earth Solutions pulled a miracle out of nowhere. My lawn hasnt looked this good after using other companies. They are very meticulous with their work and extremely helpful with identifying everything thats going on with your yard. Weve been using Green Earth Solutions for about 4 months now -- so far everything is going great! Our grass has improved VERY much (looking forward to spring/summer for more grass to grow back). The owner came out and gave us a consultation and we were very impressed with his knowledge and recommendations. Thats what I like - they give us tips and reminders each month on what to do on our own (watering schedule, mowing tips, etc). The tech who comes out each month is very thorough and professional. Their service is a little more expensive than some others but after meeting the owner, I felt very confident in his expertise and care -- and I like to support a smaller locally owned business. Highly recommend!

I became a customer of Green Earth Solutions Inc. shortly after relocating from Atlanta, Georgia in April of this year. I am extremely pleased with the service thus are. Many plants and St. Augustine grass are new to me and GES has given me excellent advice on how to support their services. I have called the office on two occasions with plant issues and our technician was there within two days for a no charge service call. My issues were corrected. An excellent company and I would highly recommend them.

When a company fails to call when they say they will so I can meet with them and their supposed estimate never appears either on the door or in the mailbox, its a safe bet theyll probably not show up to do the work or do it correctly. When you call to complain about both of the above problems and the response is you should probably go elsewhere then, I agree. So, my suggestion to everyone reading this is that you GO ELSEWHERE! There are plenty of good companies on Angies List, Yelp! and Google. This is not one of them.

We have used Green Earth Solutions for a couple of years now for all of our pest control needs. We recently moved into a new home and they were with us every step of the way with our termite pre-treatment and all of our post-construction pest control needs including mosquito control. They are always very responsive and great at communicating with us. They have truly gone above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.

@Lacey Green I find your story hard to believe. I have worked with GES for years and have never had any issue with checks and or services with them. In fact they have always been above reproach with customer services. You sound more like a disgruntle employee who got canned for being a bad worker and not showing up for work more than a customer. Keep up the great service GES, We will always call for your service when needed.

Green Earth Solutions is amazing! Its not the usual - truck pulls up, hose is dragged across the lawn, and then spray, spray, spray. No. Green Earth Solutions (GES) does not apply the assembly line, or one size fits all approach to lawn care. No two lawns are alike, and GES acknowledges that. We especially like the fact that they only use a Florida-Friendly, slow release granular fertilizer. Prior to any treatment, Jay, our tech, walks our yard to see what he needs to apply that day (even our flower beds are examined and treated). He then walks back to the truck and hand mixes the fertilizer and or nutrients needed. Everything is spread by hand and after the application, Jay blows the sidewalks and driveway. We cannot say enough about how great this service is. When we first contacted them, after horrible service from another lawn company, the owner Todd, came out to meet us. He spent about 45 minutes with us, walking throughout the yard, pointing out what they could do to improve the lawn. There was much that needed to be done, but within a matter of months we started to see a difference. And after a year our lawn is lush and gorgeous! This company truly cares about the customer and the service they provide. We give them an A+

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. My lawn has never looked better then it does now. Month after month they show up and do what is required for the lawn to look green again. I cant wait for this summer when it really turns itself on.
