Excellent wash and fold service. I drive an 18 wheeler truck five to six days out of the week and do not want to spend what little free time I have doing laundry. Loving the great job they do as well as the pleasant customer service. Dont forget to tip. Well worth it.

Depending on the day you go, this place may be filthy or it may be clean, there is no consistency. No AC but a large fan at the entrance. Its 2021 and were in Florida. No reason not to have AC running. No chairs inside. Its decent, not very well kept. There are better laundomats around.

Love this place. Except for the gentleman that works there. Three weeks ago paid over 35 dollars for laundry to be done only to have half dried, badly folded, and a lot of missing items that I noticed when I got home. Ive had problems with him while in the laundry, so confronting him would be a lost cause.I gave 5 stars because I dropped my laundry off yesterday and the attendant that was there was very professional and friendly. Her name is Christine. My clothes smell wonderful, they are folded neatly and the towels are so soft and and fluffy, the dresses are on hangars.

Hot outside you can not sit inside because of covid 19 other than that its wonderful

I am making this review for a family member who comes there to do laundry. Is there a reason the bathrooms have been shut for over a week and the toilets still clogged with human waste? Does the health department need to be called?

As general rule the laundry is clean and friendly. I like going there. However,during this time of covid 19 it shocked me to learn the attendant on duty sanitized nothing but the outside of the washers or dryers all she did was sit behind the desk . I will continue to use this laundry because Im sure it was an oversight on the part of the staff

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE! ITS CLEAN, THE OWNERS ARE THE BEST, AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. I LOVE THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE FREE BLEACH, PLASTIC BAGS AND I BELIEVE THEIR SOFTENER SHEETS AS WELL. BUT THE SOAP AND LIQUID SOFTENER YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WHICH IS VERY LITTLE. Clean atmosphere and the machines wash and dry very quickly. Service could have been better. Was warned that if I left my clothes for an hour they may be stolen.

Has been 20 years since Ive used a laundry mat. A pleasant surprise. Very very clean. Well kept and clean machines. Very reasonable prices. Suberb employees always nice and ready to help. Would recommend to e eryone. They have my business for life if I need one again.

The washers are great plus they have the really huge washers up to 55 lbs. The prices are a little high but you can wash more for your buck.

Amazing cuatomer service

This place is the worst. My mothers phone was stolen from this place and cops were called police report was filed. The owner and his workers knew who stole it called them to let them know what their adolescent was being accused of and showed them the surveillance video of the incident. Then decided to give my personal information and my mothers personal information (Name and phone number) to the thieves so they could contact me themselves. I have now received several calls from the suspects family. The owner admitted to doing and saw nothing wrong with giving my information. He was more worried about the juvenile that stole the phone and several other phones over the last few weeks. I am in complete shock and the police tell me that it is not against any law for them to give my personal information. So now this kid can find out my address and anything if he is computer savvy. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. If I cannot do anything with the cops about this then I will make sure that everyone knows about this place and they will loss business.

My experience at this laundry mat was actually amazing. The woman, Mariam, is really great! The first Time I came in here I was SOOO confused I never been without a washer and dryer.. she must have known, I asked do they take debit cards and since then she has ALWAYS helped me out so much. It’s actually a nice place to wash your clothes at, extremely clean quiet... if you need to wash I would come here... well I only come here.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Clothes didnt wash properly & the washer was not overfilled. The laundry attendant refused to wash the clothes over even though he can clearly see the detergent was still left in most of the clothing. Laundry advertises cold ac inside but there are fans! If I could rate this horrible laundry half a star i wouldve. This place does not deserve one star!

Here now and the man pretty much called me a liar and wont return my $. I still have quarters so im not looking for free .25 cents. Come on now. Nice laundry mat. Machines work great. One rude man yelled at an older gentleman about needing another paper cup for coins. This guy should be fired, not how to treat anyone expecialy customers. This should be handled, makes washing laundry here uncomfortable; clearly this guy is unstable.

It takes too long for the clothes to dry in this particular laundromat, like you have to put in $3 just to get a load of towels to dry. So no thank you.. and this is just my opinion the washer machines are pretty decent

This place has the cleanest machines and everyone is helpful. The employees and owner take pride in this place, I always see them wipe down and clean machines, lint traps, the floor, bathrooms, outside, etc. To wash and dry a large bag (sea duffel size) is $4.25, towels and blue jeans included. My cloths actually smell like my detergent and frabic softener and I dont itch because of someone elses cleaning stuff, because this place keeps the machines clean.As for the customers, this is Jacksonville, FL, the place cant help if a few jerks and ghetto bumholes that seem to populate this city have found this place, but the majority are military and everyday mind your own business people. Not had a problem with the other customers, this is due to the staff here are vigilant and try to keep trouble out.
