Outstanding customer service! They know how to take care of their customers. Definitely coming back in the future!Heres my experience, we all chatted about life and what not. I had my beautiful girls with me. I washed, folded half my laundry and then when heading out I thought I lost my keys. They not only helped with location but watched my girls, as I searched everywhere from under my vehicle to inside. I flipped everything around trying to find them. I got a hold of my fiance eventually abd he was an hour and 15 minutes away, on his way. They made sure we had been safe waiting inside and intended on staying late if that meant after hours. Eventually I found my keys, I poured everything put of my diaper bag. These ladies who staff the this lovely establishment deserve gold stars and deserve this 5 star rating!Also were a family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids. I had two x large baskets over flowing fro. The last two weeks. It cost me $8.50 to wash, and about $2.50 to dry. I got my moneys worth with saving money. Other laundromat I spend about $25 and my clothing is always still a little wet, not the case here!

This place is a rip off. Save your money there is much cheaper and better less out of service options available.

The weekend staff is HORRIBLE!!! Normally I come during the weekday, and the lady I normally see is friendly and helpful. The crew that I encountered on Saturday need training in Customer Service!!!! Good Washers, Great Dryers!!

I like its never too many people and the machines are pretty clean. Id give it 5 stars but, i have a heat stroke everytime Im in there...lol! Its a cool spot to wash, gets the job done.

The people who take care of running it might come off as terse. But the truth is that they are very nice and helpful. They really look after the people and the machines. The space itself is plain and spacious. They have a little area for an arcade. The bathroom was clean each time I went there. There is a vending machine if you dont want to walk around the corner to the gas station or walk a little further the other way to Little Caesars. My only complaint is sometimes the machines eat a coin now and then. Gets a little annoying. Other than that I recommend coming here for your laundry needs. Also they have a service to clean and fold your laundry by the pound.

Most of the machines both washer and dryer are broken. There is a sign on the door stating masks are to be worn yet the majority of the customers and management do not wear them. Definitely better places within Jacksonville to do laundry.

I needed quarters for a Christmas fundraiser. The staff refused to let me use the quarter machine. And people wonder why local businesses continue to fail. Local businesses used to support the community. Will not be returning and will also share this information with everyone apart of the fundraiser.

Several washing machines out of order. Drinks and snacks pricey and sugar free Mtn Dew instead of regular like machine indicated. Otherwise clean and attendants were nice.

Ok, this one star review is based on primarily one thing.☝🏻I came in with a jar of change expecting to be able to trade my silver coins(mostly dimes) for quarters to be able to finish my laundry. I was told that they didn’t have any quarters to give me. I said, “what about all the quarters in the machines right now?!” To which they responded, “the owners are out of town.” They forced me to walk all over this shopping center to find a business that would take my dimes so I could finish my laundry. Also, the fact that more than 30% of their equipment is out of order guarantees you will at least spend 3 hours in the sweltering heat. Oh yeah, there is no A/C either. Needless to say, I’ll be going to another laundromat from now on. 😂😳😮

A lot of washers and dryers, unfortunately plenty of them are out of order. Prices on the washers vary according to the size of the washer...$1.50 up to $8.00. Dryers seem to work decent, some dont heat as well as others (high temp on one isnt even close to high temp on another). The laundromat has a change machine, drink and snack machine and you can purchase soap, etc. at the counter. The attendant is helpful and friendly.

The full service laundry is awesome! Makes it so much easier for me with my hectic schedule. Just drop it off and go to work! The lady who works Tuesday and Saturday is super awesome too!

I have had nothing but good service with them I drop my laundry all the time even when my laundry is in an embarrassing state because my home laundry broke they clean it for me they are a blessing and a life saver

If I could I would give this place zero stars my sister went in to wash hers her boyfriend and her children’s clothes yesterday put them on the dryer’s left came back in her clothes were already folded she had not paid for the fold service When she asked the employee about it they told her the dryer had messed up so they took her clothes out and fold them for she took them home went to put them away this morning and they were all shredded to pieces she took her clothes back up to the laundry mat the employee was very rude laughed at her told her there was nothing that they could do it was her problem would not give her the managers number information and kicked her out of the store would not recommend this place

The only reason I am giving this 2 stars and not more is simply because this place has 1 big issue. People smoking right in front of the door. It seems to get worse at night but I (having quit smoking for a couple of years and being full term pregnant) had to wait and barely was able to make it out the door. No one seemed to be mentioning to these people that you can not (anywhere) smoke right in front of the door. Legit people will hang out not even 3 ft infront of the door. Can we fix this please management.

Before I got my Washer and Dryer, THIS place was where I spent a lot of time. The prices are decent. They have two HUGE washers, a few medium sized, and lots of small. The dryers are the best in town, as you can dry a bunch of clothes in them at once, not like little household dryers. The women that work in there are awesome, and will help you with anything. So take your quarters, take your kid(s), and take your laundry...and have a good time!

My employees and I have been in town since January helping rebuild from the hurricane, we had been coming to this laundromat every week since. Always welcomed and treated very friendly, but one night we show up 8 minutes after 8 and get turned away. We are always in and out in 45 minutes and guaranteed we would walk out the door right at closing, they didnt care, now we dont care to ever go back.

Very wonderful experience. Very polite people, treat me like family the moment I walked through the door. The cleanest and most friendliest environment I have ever engaged with a Laundromat. She dose donations daily and gives out bread every other Tuesday. I wouldnt wash any were lets.

This place is awesome the lady wash and folded my stuff in just 2 hours and let me pick it up that day while they were closing up. She also did it after the wash and fold area closed. Awesome place to go.

I have used this laundry facility many times I think its clean the staff is friendly but they definitely need to fix their equipment. Every time I go theres another unit thats not working. It makes it hard to do laundry when theres no washers and dryers available and the ones that are are broken down otherwise that have five stars

Clean, several options sized washer and dryer. Coin maker takes $20 bills. Machines function correctly (spins water out efficiently). Plenty of seating and baskets. Coin operated supply dispensers.

Machines are quick and all kinds of different sizes for different things you might have to wash. Attendants are super nice! I always go there and would recommend anyone there.

Moderately clean and friendly service. If you opt to do the drop off service, its fast and orderly. You dont have to call in advanced, just show up with your laundry and youll be given a ticket. Laundry is done in the order its received. However, I wouldnt submit anything of value to the drop off service. Ive had luxury bath cloths casually go missing over weeks time while the basic wash cloths have always turned up. By the time I noticed all my quality cloths were missing it was too late to bring it to attention. But I only have about two of the twenty that were in rotation. I dont know if there was a mix up, Id hate to assume the worst. But boy do I miss those wash cloths that were a gift at that.

Nice prices, semi-friendly staff but thats okay I just go to take care of my laundry and go home. Not super interested in small talk with the staff but I do think its kind of rude not to greet customers because your to busy chatting with coworkers or smoking out front.

I have taken my clothes to get washed three times. The last time they put my towels in someone else’s bag of clothes. It’s been a few days and I realized my white clothes and some black clothes are missing. My husband is also missing socks and seems to be missing shirts. I plan on calling later today in hopes someone returned clothes that don’t belong to them.

I love this laundromat! May not be the prettiest, but the attendants are friendly, machines work well and affordable: $1.75 top-load, $2.50 single-load, $3.50 double-load, $5.50 triple-load and $8.00 four-load front washers. Dryers are $0.25/6-minutes.

When I visit my son, I love to do his laundry and unfortunately they dont have a laundromat at base. The lady here kept harassing me about everything. First she came up to me and said dont over load the washer, then she said that the uniforms were to heavy. Then dont add to much soap. Awful...I wont be going back

I went to this laundromat on February 24 2019, I never got to experience the service because they had boxes outside on the sidewalk and I fell. I explained to the attendant at the time I had just had gallbladder surgery and I was concerned about my fall. I went to the hospital my knee and shoulder was swollen and in a great amount of pain. I called several times and spoke with Clara to start a claim and she lied to me several times about having there attorney contact me. All I wanted was for them to pay my bill to get examined. And they refused to do that which is very sad that no one has a caring heart anymore and its much easier to lie than to be truthful. I wont ever go back to this place for that reason. I dont need to give my money to a place that doesnt take the time to care for there customers. I didnt even get a phone call from management to see if I was ok

$3.50 for a small washer is a lotOnly 2 medium washers for $6.00And 2 large washers for $8.00. Just seems like a lot to me. I could get one done at $1.75 for a small wash. Dryer prices are decent though!

Cute coin and laundry joint sweet staff clean washers and dyers a little to busy for my liking but good for the bussiness. Also the have a cute little play area for the kids only fown side is the price of games and no TV for the kids other than great place.

Nice laundromat but they need to change their hours to reflect what time they actually open on Saturdays. 9:30 is not 9:00 a.m.

So today i walk into this place the atmosphere was just dirty the two ladys were so rude to the comusters touching peoples clothes yelling very loud having a attitude with everyone like they didnt wanna be here i dont complain and dont write reviews on places but this has far been the worst place for me to come to wash clothes and not to forget i also didnt feel welcomed at all i advice people not to come here
