Positives1) The washers/dryers seem maintained and work sufficiently.2) 24hr is very nice for people with odd schedules.3) Well lit and calm atmosphere inside.Negatives1) It can be expensive depending on what youre washing.2) Website claims there is a Drop and Pick up service. There is no mention of it inside, no price list, and when I asked the person at the counter, they werent aware of it.3) The $$card kiosks dont always work properly and are a little confusing. Use a Credit or Debit card if you can and *GET A RECEIPT* for every transaction.^^ (3a) ^^ I used a $20 bill to load my card. It kept the money, didnt load on the card, and the person couldnt retrieve it, wouldnt refund me, nor would they credit my card because I couldnt prove it. Two people watched me as it happened and theres a camera directly facing the kiosk, but she wouldnt help... Cool, thanks...★Conclusion: For laundry its not a bad place, just not great. Doubt well be returning.

I had been going here for a while but this last time was my last. The machine to reload my card ate my money and then the associate on duty said she couldn’t do anything about it. The clothes after the wash smelled of human and pet urine suggesting someone previously wanted fowl laundry without any precautions or cleaning before or after. The dryers also were exceptionally lousy causing them to just be a cash drain. This place used to be good but I’ll be finding somewhere else from now on.

This is the best drop off service I have ever used. The customer service was great and my clothes were fresh and clean and folded so nicely. I highly recommend using the drop off service and the price was very reasonable.

This place is awesome!! Im in the middle of moving and have had everything in a hotel room and in my car. With everything else I have juggling in my head, using a laundromat for the first time sorta gave me anxiety. From the moment I came in, however, Yvette, who was working the front desk, was extremely helpful. She detailed exactly what to do and what to expect with each machine. She even let me know what size washer to use by simply glancing at my box of clothes, hahaha. The place is extremely clean. No obnoxious smells of any kind. I was very much impressed by the service and relieved by the quality of cleanliness of the establishment. Nd chatting with Yvette definitely brought my stress level down.

Yesterday I had an extremely busy day and also had quiet a lot of laundry to do and I couldn’t really take time to do them. I came home, loaded a bag with some laundry and took it to the laundromat hoping they offered the service of them washing it for you. They did. I was charged $27.25 and although it seemed a little expensive it actually wasn’t. Considering I needed new laundry detergent, softener and scent booster those 3 things alone would be over $25. I dropped the clothes off around 12:30 and received a message saying they were ready around 3. I had never done this service so to my surprise they were folded and put in a bag. And on top of the fact that it was folded, my nice clothes were put on a hanger and I got to keep them. For that I’m extremely thankful, who knows how long those clothes would be left unfolded if I did them myself lol. But definitely recommend coming here. They’re also open 24/7 and you really have nothing to worry about if you have a hectic day.

I used this laundry service for the first time today. It was neat, clean, and welcoming there. I needed a large comforter laundered. It was ready in a couple of hours and I went back to pick it up. Prices are reasonable. I was happy to just not have to wash that big thing myself 😃. Highly recommend!!

Very happy with the work that was done.The price to launder a bedspread was ridiculous!I paid more than $40 to have it done.They should’ve given me an alternative to do it myself instead of having it done by the laundromat.I’m sure I could’ve saved a lot of money except the people at the laundromat did not volunteer any information

Excellent service! I had to travel to Jacksonville for an unexpected trip. The hotel I was staying at didn’t offer laundry service (Covid) but I wanted to make sure I had clean clothes before leaving. I called and spoke with the very friendly staff and they assured me that they could take care of it for me. Incredibly helpful staff, fast service and very affordable. I don’t live in Jacksonville but if I did I would just drop off my laundry there every week! Definitely recommended it to my sister that lives there!

Had used facilities prior and when I had a weighted blanket that needed to be cleaned I remembered how nice everyone was on my initial visit - so I thought great way to find out how the drop off service was. Okay since Google will not allow more than one review per business I am amending my prior review to speak out one employee imparticular, Yvette. This lady works the third shift and let me just say she is ALWAYS a joy when I come in, as my preferred time is usually 5 am. Last week I was in two days in a row and each time I came she was cleaning to make sure we had a nice place to do our laundry she even took the time to clean the tops of the detergent dispenser and snack machines. I asked her what would make you clean up there and she said dust accumulates everywhere. That let me know the type of work ethic that she has because those are the types of things you do when no one is looking. Kudos to the management/owners for having the smarts to hire this caliber of employee. She really does your business proud!Ive been coming to this laundromat for 2 years and I love this place. I typically come in early in the morning and the place is always kept extremely clean. The night attendants have been knowledgeable and always personable. The owners really got it right. She was so helpful in my decision with the best size machine to use for the amount of laundry I had. Yvette the 3rd shift laundry attendant is very nice and each time I go it is always clean and neat when she is working. I prefer to do my laundry in the early mornings around 1 am when its not as crowded or busy.

I’ve been a long time customer that hasn’t had the need for a laundromat for 4years until recently. You wouldn’t think that an employee at a laundromat would be doing much of anything at 2am, but Yvette takes pride in her job. She notices even the smallest details when it comes to keeping the place clean. I took notice and realized it’s a much cleaner place today than it was when I was a regular 4 years ago. You need an endorsement, take this to the bank Baymeadows 24 hr laundromat is the best in the southeast!

Came in, showed my review/ID and in less then 10mins was throwing my clothes in to a washer for FREE!! :) Businesses is booming!💥 because it’s a affordable, clean professional establishment! If you don’t like the crowds (because this place is awesome and people know it!) I would suggest coming in early morning late afternoon.

I took my comforter in to wash in one of the triple load washers since it doesnt fit in a home washer. After standing there holding my comforter for 10 minutes, Gloria jumped in front of me before the machine stopped. She took clothes out and brought bags of new clothes to put in. I asked if she was planning to use the triple load machine and she started yelling at me asking if I knew how to wash 37 pounds of laundry. I told her my comforter would only fit in a triple load machine and suggested that if she could split her load into two machines, we could both start our loads. She replied (still yelling) that she was the owner and didnt care about me standing there holding the comforter or that I had put my detergent on the machine.When I originally arrived, someone walking out looked at me and said Good Luck. Now I know what he meant.After leaving, I went down the road and ended up paying 5.50 for a triple load (instead of the 9.50 this place charges).I originally went here because of the Google reviews, but will never be back. Ill wait until it goes out of business.**If you look at all of the positive reviews, theyre getting something in return, so theyre biased.--------To make it right, you can mark the washing machines that youre using so people know theyre unavailable. And do your laundry in the off hours if possible. Also not yelling at customers would be a good improvement.

I been washing here for years its nice and spacious. A lot of place to fold your clothes.This past months washing my clothes here and it smell stink like a sour sweat I thought it was that particular washer so I tried a different one the next time.I never change my detergent or fabric softener everything smells good when pulled from drier but when I wear it to work I smell that sourness even my towels when I dry my self after shower my towel is sticking sour when it gets wet on the first use.......now Im driving extra miles just to wash my clothes..management must tamper the rinse cycle to save water👎👎👎

Best laundry I have ever been to! They have huge machines and they even have a debit card machine ($1 Fee, but for the convenience, well worth it) I came here at 5 am with soap, 60 pounds of clothing and a debit card. I thought It was going to be a hassle but luckily, Ruth was here, full of energy! She walked me through the differentmachines/and options in detail. Thank you Ruth!! Your attention to detail is greatly appreciated! By the way, this place is extremely clean and has everything you need to get the job done.

Keep getting harassed to leave a review and I’ve been waiting 6 months to leave a decent one but I’ve been going here for over a year. When I started coming here it was great customer service I would laugh with them and they seemed pleasant. However, it has since gone drastically downhill. For 6 months I’ve only gotten a few texts to let me know my wash & fold is ready, it’s typical for them to forget about me. I give plenty of time because they are usually slow. I usually give them plenty of time. Sometimes my clothes feel itchy and then I find out they didn’t use the hypoallergenic detergent. I come almost every week. This past week, was horrid. I dropped it off at 11 am with Justin and I said I needed it the same night. he told me that it would be ready by 8 pm. I came back at 11 pm that was a 12 hour difference and it wasn’t done. There were two ladies there and both looked confused. I asked when it would be ready and they both looked at me with deer in the headlights. So I asked again if it would be ready by 5 am because I needed the clothes for work. I pick it up the next morning and she apologized for the mix up. I thought it was over but someone else’s stuff was in my basket. So the next day I returned to hand the pillow case off and the lady behind the counter went off on me. Talking down to me saying your order won’t be a few days this time and we are backed up. I am a regular customer every week I bring about the same amount of clothes and the price is always higher and higher. Shady unreliable dirty place. Horrible customer service. Unwelcoming owner. Gives you dirty looks. I have a $15 card from their machines that I haven’t used because their machines smell like cat urine. What’s even worse is I’ve been having an allergic reaction to their lack of acknowledgement of my sensitivity to the detergent but it goes in one ear and out the other. Lost a customer that paid for the extra service every week. Good riddance. I never want to come back here unless they change management. Clean the place up and start treating people with more respect.

Dropped clothes of around 8:30A.M. And was told they should be ready by noon. Got a text at 10:58 A.M. that they were already done. Clothes were clean folded and bundled very neatly and at a reasonable price. Very satisfied with my experience and will definitely recommend and use this service again.

Ruth on night shift is simply amazing and very amicable to work with. Dropped off my dirty laundry twice already since November 2019 and she did a wonderful job cleaning them and folding them neatly. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat.

Dont take cash or quarters u have to purchase a wash card. Also if u have pets Dont bother u are not allowed to wash or dry animal blankets. I watched them ask a man to leave with wet blankets they failed to tell him no animal blankets.

This place is bad for your health. There were a dozen people inside, I was the only one in a face mask other than the woman with it around her chin while she coughed all over the place. The attendant had no interest in asking patrons to wear a mask and there were no signs posted. Is clean laundry worth the potential risk?

I’m not sure who the 3rd shift lady is, but I have noticed that she has been coming in Monday nights Tuesday nights and Wednesday nights I don’t see her any other day those are the days that I normally come into the laundry mat. She is very helpful, she is very trustworthy, her manners are amazing, always ready to help out, I see her clean and when she does she does it like a person would their own house, very aware of her surroundings and who is in and out, and she really shows all of this just by her smile and her performance

Very nice facilities and friendly staff. Must use a card for the machines and the card itself is $1. Once you register the card you get the $1 back as credit towards your laundry. There are not many 24 hour locations left so if you need late night laundry done the place is great but it’s very expensive. Wash and dry The part of town isn’t bad but there is a bar right next door and it can get pretty loud the closer to closing it gets and lots of drunk people outside.
