Locked bathrooms, older machines that dont work properly. Put softener into a few different machines and it wasnt released into the cycle of laundry.

Constantly loose money because machines are broke and none here to give you refunds and no number to call. Lost money multiple times

I rate this place 3 stars because its an okay laundry Matt. Half the washers are broken 3 of their dryers are broken. The machines have ate my money multiple times. The owners of the place are never around to speak to theres no number to call and complain about getting my money back. The machines have also charged my card more then what the price is shown. Its getting run down and the owners dont seem to care to much about the place. They should consider hiring someone to properly run the place, if they cant.One of the dryers litterally declined my card but still took $3.26 off my card and the machine is only $2 or $2.50. This place is dirty and the owners dont care to take care of it or help give back to people who are just trying to clean their clothes.

Very clean, well good lighting, lots of machines and a good price.

Ripoff and homeless drunks sleeping outside. No chairs only benches. Barely rinses your clothes. They will be left full of soap.

The homeless loiter looking for handouts for next high. Using these facilities for that purpose. Otherwise.... convenient?..

It must be under new ownership or something. Mr. Lee isn’t here anymore. I have used his laundry service before (he washed and fold) and was happy with it. It looks good otherwise, but I didn’t use it since that service isn’t offered here anymore. They replaced the AC.

I can’t say anything towards the wash/dry SERVICE (them washing your clothes) but I’ve washed and dried here a few times and I’ve enjoyed it.The owner seems fairly nice, quiet Asian fellow who talks to those he knows or does business with. He’s given me a smile but otherwise that’s it. No issue there. He keeps the place very clean though. Usually I’ve seen dust or lint on the floors, but the owner must sweep it up at least multiple times a day which is a major plus.The washers seem to work well and from what I’ve seen are cheaper than other laundromats in the Mayport area. Dryers also work well and if a machine isn’t working, it will be labeled so you don’t pick it by mistake.There’s enough folding tables for you to fold and they are also well kept and clean. There does need to be a few more rolling carts for laundry though in my opinion.Two things that take it down a star, the seats are mostly broken and there’s no AC in the shop. On hot days there’s only open doors and the overhead fans which work, but are never enough for Florida weather.Overall I recommend though, as I don’t think I’ve seen a cleaner laundromat before.

Ive been here a few times, owner is always nice. However my clothes have been stuck in his washer for two days, its a front loader, not even close to be overloaded. Problem is no one is there. Does anyone know where he is? Ive tried calling the number associated with the business.

I have been doing my laundry here for years since when Mr. Lee was running it. I like the cleanliness that Mr. Lee would keep and the driers could dry my clothes for 2 dollars. I usually can do my clothes there for 10 or less

I would rate zero stars but it made me pick 1. Ive been going here only to dry my clothes, for 6 months. The older guy that is always there, has never once even said hello, until today. He complained that I put too many clothes in the dryer. I put the same amount that I always do. I apologized and said that I would put less in from now on (my loads were halfway done). He told me that I was no longer welcome and went on to tell me that my $3.00 is nothing and he didnt care about losing my business because I dont even wash there. Ive only gone there because its the closest place. Its ridiculously hot in there, and I typically sit outside to stay relatively cool. The convenience of being up the street was the only reason I tolerated it being so hot. The machines dont seem to work particularly well

I paid the Asian man who runs the joint inside $47 to wash and fold my clothes. He kept a pair of my wife’s red underwear. I remember the red underwear because my wife and I talked about them right before turning them in. I won’t go into details why we spoke about them particularly but when I confronted him about it of course he denied it. Sick! Makes my stomach turn to think my about it! Not to mention he also kept my whole bottle of laundry detergent! I will absolutely never go there again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

I think the prices on washers are a little high but other than that, the dryers are decently priced and work well, and the man who works here works really hard to keep it clean. There are little arcade games for kids and a change machine for quarters (which I dont see at alot of places). Alot of out of order machines but there are still plenty to use. Overall Ive been here many times, I just wish it was 24 hours (although I understand why its not), it needs ac, and that the washers were cheaper.

I drove in to the parking lot and with the laundry parking sign so low I cant see them .I went into the nail salon and came back to my truck and the old man came out yelling what you cant read and then I asked what he yelled this if for my customers.. and pointed at the curb. That was where the signs are .. and asked me again you dont know how to read.. we had exchanged a few choice words and I left and he got the last word in but shooting me the finger.. well old man put your sign up at eye level and you wont have a problem. And I will never come back into your store again.. hope you dont treat any one else like that..

Nice old man, he needs air conditioning but other than that I enjoyed his laundry mat, good prices, dryers are HOT!

Its clean. With a huge selection of washers and dryers and there is a guy their pretty much all the time.

Machines here are perpetually broken. We spent about $70 doing laundry including all our bedding. 1 machine did not wash our whites. We informed the owner the machine was not working. He said it was our fault??? That all machines work. Yet there were over 10 machines out of order. We asked for him to please refund out $2.50 so we could use a different machine to wash our load again. He begin screaming at me that it is my fault it didnt wash and why am I complaining to him. He refused to refund for the 1 machine and said I was trying to steal from his business. I stated sir I have spent over $70 why would I lie about $2.50? He continued to yell until I just walked away. I still had to rewash tjat load and if all my bedding was not still drying I would have left. I will never use this business again

Awful, I stopped in to check the place out before bringing clothes in. There were 2 people in the place, an older man who seemed to be in charge but did not speak English and was rude and smelled very bad and a younger man who followed me and hovered over me as I looked at the prices and the machines. It was really creepy, I will not be back.

Several machines are broke down

The only place that i found that will do alterations on the spot. if you need more than a few alterations normaly he will just ask you to come back in an hour or 2 but he is fast.
