I came in to see Susan for a simple forehead Botox injection. When that was done I asked about Cool Lace, similar to Cool Sculpting and she generously took her time to show me the machine, explain why and how it works. Then she even gave me a demo. I came in here 2 months ago with severe cystic acne and Lisa has done the most wonderful job at cleaning and healing my face with a series of VI Peels and Hydrafacials. She is caring, knowledgeable, compassionate and an absolute perfectionist. It’s the first time ever my acne heals this quick and pain free. I’ve had a couple heavy flare ups in the past few years that usually take me around 4 months to get under control but my face is looking beautiful after just 4 visits in 2 months. I couldn’t recommend her or the clinic more. The clinic is very clean, COVID compliant, customer service is great and their receptionist is attentive and lovely. I’m planning on getting more work done in the next few months because they have it all, injectables, body contouring and skincare. Lisa, you rock! You’ve made me feel so confident about my bare skin it’s amazing!

As you step inside you are greeted with a smile from Dawn or Amber and offered a bottle of water.The colors are soothing and clean. The office is beautiful with up-to-date furnishings. Dont get to comfy, though. You dont wait long. They are aways on time!The treatment room is clean, calming, cozy and comfy and has soothing music streaming.I scheduled a Hydrafacial. My concerns were Rosacea and dry skin. It took about 30 minutes. I had a wonderful glow and my skin was as smooth as butter. Both Laura and Lisa explained each step along the way.You have to try a Hydrafacial. Its amazing! Youll never go back to a regular facial

I had my first appointment with Lynda Avera and she made sure I was comfortable, informed, and above all ready! She took time to get to know me and to insure the service was perfect for my desired results. I did not one time feel over sold or pushed into anything outside of what I went in for. They not only never called me back to answer questions about the treatment suggested in the complimentary consultation but also they messed up my appointment already confirmed by email twice.On top of that I ended up with a different treatment advised by the Nurse Practitioner and a bill 3 times higher than the one agreed. Gladly the owner was there and she was an honorable business woman who allow me to pay just the amount agreed on at the beginning. The worst part is that I still have the skin issue that brought me there in first place. Yes they have a very nice friendly customer service but thats not enough in a medical profession.

On 10-22-19, I visited Natural Look Medical Spa for the first time. This was my first time ever getting Botox and Juvaderm. I got a little bit of Botox in my forehead and eyebrow area, because there were small lines on my forehead developing that I disliked, and my eyebrow area because I noticed my resting face started to look like I was slightly “frowning”. I explained to the wonderful employee (I wish I could remember her name!!!) how I still wanted to show expression, and I wanted my forehead to still look natural. I’m thrilled with my Botox results, you honesty can’t even tell that I got Botox, it looks extremely natural. I received Juvaderm in my upper lip (by the same person, she is so, so, so wonderful!!) and she put numbing cream around my lips and let it sit for a couple minutes. She was extremely patient, polite, professional, and she made sure to communicate with me to fully understand my wants and needs. I showed her a couple photos on my phone of examples of lips that had fillers that I liked a lot. It was super swollen (like she said it’d be) the first couple days, but I had no pain whatsoever. Within a week or 2, I saw the “real” results once the swelling was 100% gone, and I’m in love. My upper lip still has natural volume, while still maintaining my defined Cupid’s bow. She gave me exactly what I wanted. It’s been a month since my visit, and I already can’t wait to come back! This was the best investment I ever made, and I only wish I had seen this establishment sooner. I definitely recommend Natural Look Medical Spa, thank you!

I went to this establishment because of the reviews in google saying they are very good. I was severely mistaken. I came in for a hydrofacial treatment for the firstt time, i have done my research on the procedures amd watched numerous videos regarding hydrofacial. I went in for a consultation but decided to go ahead and do the hydrofacial that day after the practitioner(Lisa) convinced us thay we have time before they close, little did we know that the procedures for the hydrofacial will get cut in half or sped up due to time. First...my face was not properly cleaned. She performed the procedure in the dark, like i said earlier i have done my researched and no where in any of the videos i watched that the procedures where conducted in the dark, how are you supposed to see. I am positive that she skipped some of the steps because their office is already closing. After the hydrofacial my face started feeling sensitive and i started breaking out which i figured it was part of the treatment but it took a week before it slowly went away. I was not satisfied with the facial treatment, infact i felt that my skin got worse. I have paid for a combo deal wich came with hydrofacial and microbrasion, After two weeks scheduled the microbrasion treatment and specifically requested not with lisa. After a few days their staff called informing me that they had to cancel because the practioner went on a family emergency and that lisa is the only available practitioner. After i said no the staff became defensive amd rudely asking questions. Overall my visist here was very disappointing, not only i felt like i paid an extra money for nothing. I do not reccomend this place, stay away....

I’ve been going to Amanda for 2 years now and for Botox have never been happier with my results. Most recently, I had Amanda fill Juvederm into my lips and laugh lines & am beyond pleased with the results. I’ve had filler done previously by a plastic surgeon which resulted in severe bruising for nearly two weeks. I didn’t bruise at all after treatment with Amanda and my lips and mouth area are perfectly shaped. Amanda is truly an artist and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face :)

Truly the best Ive ever seen. Very professional staff incredibly knowledgeable. The nurse practitioner listen to my concerns and was very knowledgeable about how to go about treating them . I truly recommend this office.

I cant speak for the procedures however, I took time off of work especially for this consultation. I was told she will be right out multiple times. 30 minutes later i was told 10 to 15 more minutes. I understand things come up but being lied to keep me there is extremely unprofessional. I had to get back to work but that didnt matter. I took time off from my demanding job and got yelled at by my boss to make this appointment to be just brushed off.

Went here for electrolysis and she left blisters on my face. She pumped the follicle for more than 5 times with the intensity way too high, leaving burns on my skin. Never went back. The lady was an RN and clearly clueless and un trained. Pretty disgusting of her to work on people without knowing what she was doing. Go next door to Electrolysis and laser center of jacksonville, Tracy is a true professional (and she was pretty horrified when she saw my face from this place). Note: this was a while ago when I went. Not sure if this woman is still there.

When I was planning my wedding like most brides I was super excited and wanted to look my absolute best so I booked an appointment with Amanda (SHE IS AMAZING) and wanted to do botox in my entire face as I had read how you could get a “mini facelift. Amanda quickly told me that I would be wasting my money and actually didn’t let me do it but she did give me my normal botox and recommended a facial. To me, that said a lot as Amanda could have easily took my money and given me what I asked for but she didn’t which I thought was very honest and most importantly I looked my best for my wedding and saved about 500 dollars! I recommend all my friends and family as often as I can, they hands down are the best and truly do care about their customers!!

Both my consultation and Hydrofacial were great! Can wait to come back for my next one and learn more about my skin!

Scheduled a microdermabrasion facial treatment & IPL for my hands. Lynda informed me that the “microdermabrasion” service is an outdated procedure & that IPL wouldn’t be that effective for removing freckles off my hands. She seemed very rushed, & talked me out of both appointments. After I checked out, I saw Lynda already in the parking lot talking to her son. Guess that was her focus that day...she lost the spa $400.00 worth of revenue. I re scheduled both my appointments with another spa, & am completely satisfied with both the procedures, that Lynda talked me out of. My advice, don’t waste your time.

Ive been to other medical spas, and Natural Look hands down offers the best product and services and has unmatched professionalism. I drive across town for treatments, and would only refer my friends to them!
