I was solicited for office cleaning services by High Tech Commercial Cleaning. I, generally, do my own office cleaning, but was open to a quote. Jack provided me with a thorough and affordable quote for office cleaning services 2x per month. They required me to sign a year contract. I dont like to be bound by contracts for services, but the price was good and the contract seemed meticulous, so I agreed.Jack, then introduced me to Spring who would be handling my account. Spring set up an appointment with me to meet with Delmaris who would be doing my cleaning. The cleaning crew was set to clean 2x per month, on the weekend, during non-business hours. The very first cleaning went fine, but it was downhill thereafter.Having cleaned this office myself, I know what it takes and how long it takes to complete. I, also, know that this office DOES get pretty dirty, so I am understanding if there are some areas that are not perfect. Obviously, the bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped because the cobweb in the corner remained there for 3 weeks. I was told the collection of debris under our guest chairs couldnt be cleaned up because the vacuum didnt fit (the chair legs are 7 long). Horizontal surfaces (desks, tables) were not wiped. I returned to work on a Monday, after cleaning services, to find that the trash cans had been emptied and NOTHING ELSE!!The cleaning crews schedule was sporadic. After I requested a set schedule, the excuses started coming. I was out of town, I was sick, I was in the hospital, the crew wasnt sure what to do. I gave the benefit of the doubt and agreed to reschedule. I went above and beyond to be understanding with this company only to be disappointed with their lack of service and professionalism. The final straw was when they left the front door of my business unlocked, overnight, after they cleaned (I use that term loosely).If anyone can recommend a GOOD cleaning service, give me a shout.
