I have been a satisfied AT&T customer for many years and this AT&T location is a big reason why. Through the years and every iPhone purchase my family has may there, not at the Apple store, there has always been a good, knowledgeable, efficient employee there to help. My most recent experience with Jordan was no exception. She was very proficient and efficient, and knowledgeably answered any question I had about activating my new phone. She was supportive of her coworker and made sure to check my account and make sure I had the best plan for my usage before I left. How cool is that! I highly recommend!

If could give this store a negative score I would. 6+ years with At&t and my only negative experience with the company has been here. If you have kids I suggest avoiding this store, both reps the one who helped me and my wife, as well as her co worker were cussing up a storm like it’s cool. No, not professional at all. For some odd reason their computer system did not show the correct numbers related to my account. I went there just to upgrade my phone and the rep Jordan lead me into changing my plan with her “emphasis” being that it would be cheaper and save me $$$. Even though it wasn’t her fault the system wasn’t updated correctly when it was all said and done I would have ended up paying just shy of $100 more than my last bill.Now what really got me upset was the following day. After I sat down and fully reviewed everything and I realized the numbers in my account were not matching up with what she said. I returned to the store and the rep Jordan said it was on me to fix the issue. She has no power in the store to fix it. I called AT&T spoke with 2 different departments reps (incredibly helpful and professional) they were able to reverse everything Jordan did and found me a better plan that WOULD ACTUALLY SAVE ME MONEY. Both reps after listening and checking on their end what Jordan did were brutally honest and said Jordan appeared to only be interested in her metrics. Everything she suggested would have never been a cheaper alternative. I highly doubt she’s been properly trained. Better find a different store.

Jordan was the best representative I’ve ever worked with! Seeing these negative reviews really hurts my heart because I have worked with her since she’s started with this company and followed her to every store she’s worked at. She has helped me when no one else wanted to and has never knowingly wronged ANYONE. Sweetest girl ever and I will always work with her! She explains EVERYTHING thoroughly and is ALWAYS helpful. Shame on y’all.

The associate at this store looked like he didnt want to be there. He barely spoke and when he did it was low volume and very short. I was getting an upgrade and I got no advice or answers. He didnt make me aware of anything he was doing before he just did it! I went to that store because a year ago I got the best service! Yesterday I got the worst service ever from AT&T!! Im not satisfied with the phone I got because I wasnt offered many choices or given options. I could go on and on!! Very very unhappy! I want a different phone but was told I would have to pay a restocking fee as taxes all over again and I was given poor service and no guidance! Makes me want to leave AT&T!!

I have been an AT&T customer for more than 10 years - I have 4 phone lines on my account. My son dropped his phone in the water - went to the AT&T store for help - The AT&T customer representative informed him he was not an authorized user - he asked if he could call his mom (me) in order to let me know what the problem was....he was informed that they had NO PHONE available for him to use.....NO PHONE at an AT&T PHONE STORE !!!! When my son finally found someone kind enough to let him use their phone he called me and it took less than 2 minuets for me to add him as an authorized user....I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the customer service we received at the AT&T store located @ 4495 Roosevelt Blvd. I would not have even given one star if this app had allowed that. I do not frequent this location. However, I have gone in there twice only to pay my cell phone bill. My last encounter just recently I was greeted by JORDAN whom stated that she could lower my monthly bill and help me save money. Again I only went in there to pay my bill. So, I fell for the okey doke but knew something was a little off as she is definitely one fast talker. Now mind you I have 5 lines total presently. She gave me two sims card so now I ended up with 7 lines total in which I had no use for. After I left the store this did not sit well with me. I returned a couple of days later to cancel. According to Jordan she stated I could not cancel the two extra lines. When I question her why, because I was not in a contract, she refused and became a little on the defensive side. I left this location and went to another location in which I was told they can help me. Long story short I was able to cancel.Its sad you put your trust in someone thinking you are getting a better deal and actually you are not. Its was only to Boost her sales. SHAME ON YOU JORDAN! This is unethical and you will be reported to corporate. Think twice when trying to get over on innocent honest people . You did not WIN!I will not be doing business at this location again.

The guy that worked with us was very rude and irritated that he had to be helping up. He was obviously ready to go home and we were a burden to him. He was being very smart when we asked him questions and was making my dad seem like he was slow. Also his mask was just hanging off of his ear and not on.

I will never step foot inside this store again. I bought a charging cord for $17.96 on 10-21-2020. It was defective and I tried to get a new one on 10/24/2020. No mask requirement sign was posted on door. Now, mind you, when I bought the charger, I did not have to wear a mask. I was told I needed a mask on 10/24/2020 when I tried to get another charger. I didn’t have one and said I was unable to wear a mask. I was told to leave although I was 6 feet away from anyone.. No plastic shields in place at register. I did don a mask today, 10/27/2020 to try again. I had no receipt or the charger box. I said I have it on my debit card, the date and transaction number. I was told they could only go back 3 days in the history on register. I immediately left and called AT&T customer service. I explained the situation and was given a $25 good will credit. I have been with AT&T since 1991. This store is awful. Don’t go to an “authorized” AT&T store. They do not represent AT&T’s customer service.

Yesterday I walked into the store SUPER frustrated with the online and phone help I had received from AT&T, and then Jordan *completely* turned my mood around. Went in over a month ago to update 2 phones. One was not able to be updated yet so the guy told me to just add a new line and then once the other one was paid off we could just cancel it. I only had like 7 more payments on it. So he put my partners number on the new phone and then moved the new number to the old phone. I point blank ask him once this old phone is payed off I can cancel the other line and he said yes. When I got the new phone I took it down to the store to put the new SIM card in it. The manager was working at the time and to be honest was not very friendly at all and seemed offended that I even came in the store.Well 3 weeks pass and I have the money to actually pay it off. Called Customer service and they informed me that I could it could not happen. That in order to pay shut done the new line i had to pay off the new phone. I fused and complained. She was very helpful and looked up several different options. She advised me to call and talk to the manager so i did. Well that lead NO WHERE as he basically said that his employees would never say that cause they are trained properly and that i was wrg. I said so your saying the customer is wrg? Which is the number one no no in customer service. He said yes. Said that he really needed to pull up my account but that there was really nothing he could do but i could come down there. I guess so i could waist more of my time. I hung up.

The 5 star rating is owing to the efforts of Jacob at your Roosevelt Blvd location. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as kind, patient, and courteous. He assisted me in setting up my bundle offer and even walked me through the setup for the TV box. Superb service. My new iPhone arrived and I managed to get everything set up on my own...but the cellular service. I popped in and voila, with in 30 seconds they had resolved the issue. I felt silly, but the representative assured me that it was a very common issue and not to feel bad at all.I let him know that 5 stars on Google was coming their way.

My experience with this location was exceptional due to the kind assistance I received from Jacob, one of the store associates. After a horrendous effort with an online chat associate the previous day, I decided to forego the $300 Visa card which was part of the bundle offer I needed. The Visa card was only a perk for those signing up on the website. So the next day I visited the AT&T Store on Roosevelt Blvd. Upon arrival I had a short wait and then spoke with Jacob, explaining the offer I needed. I was already a prepaid cell customer and also using AT&T internet service. He was kind enough to take care of everything for, even walking me through the setup process for the TV box. He was extremely knowledgeable concerning your products and services and I was happily a recipient of his expertise. Jacob more than made up for my bad experience online and was a glowing example of what customer service should look like. Thank you again, Jacob.

Terrible customer service. I was greeted when I walked in the door, but half heartedly. I asked the guy a question about a service and I just happened to know more than he did. He did slightly try to find it online. I asked him if there was someone he could call to get the exact answer and he told me I could call tech support and they might know the answer... what the...that is your job not mine.Of course you call and get in a loop that hangs up on you...so I will be sticking with my current provider.I wouldnt recommend shopping here unless you know exactly what you want and have no questions about the service or what it provides. Definitely feels like a used car shop, as most wireless places do. No happiness to be found in the room and just there to fill a void.

Walked in and the guy at the front, James, didn’t acknowledge us. Customer came in behind us and he greeted her and said he would be with her in a moment. Same with another customer who came in behind her. I said at least he acknowledged someone. He looked at me and went back to his computer. He still hasn’t said anything to us. What the hell is wrong with people? We went to this store because we experienced the same thing at another store. Way to go AT&T. Two stores with crappy service.

Was sent here by AT&T on the phone. Waited over an hour to be seen by the only person in the store that wasnt a brand new trainee.When it was finally my turn, the person did not even attempt to look up my account before telling me I should probably go to a different store.Neither employee seemed to know what they were doing. It took 2 of them 10 minutes to print out a receipt, they couldnt unlock a pair headphones that a customer waited 20 minutes to try and purchase. I left without even remotely being helped or at least guided towards what my next step should be.Where was the supervisor? If you can help anyone maybe dont open the store. Or tell someone before they wait for over an hour.AT&T is the worst!

Mike veryyyy rude when I ask him why you have be charge for paying cash. He didn’t want to explain... I felt that I was inconvenient Them they were help at all. I got an impression if you were not buying something they didn’t want to help . I was in there to pay my bill they gave me a hard time about pulling up my account etc. very very bad experience and when I asking questions to Mike I ask him why do I have to pay 2 dollars fee when I am paying cash. He told me that is just the way it was . I kept persisting for him to give me an answer on it and he got a mad at me so he threaten three times to call the cops I hope and pray that AT&T fired his also he called me names saying I was being belligerent You don’t treat a customer that way no matter what!!!! a very very bad bad store never had bad experience with AT&T until I went into that store... please help Boycott the store if you have to there’s a store in Orange Park Mall and also there’s a store in Argyle and they are very sweet people specially the ones in the Orange Park Mall so please help me make a stand and let the AT&T know that those people in Roosevelt needs to go

Shady customer service, on the day that i went in, they stole my debit card information and emptied my bank account on that same day! Ive never seen a cashier do that before, request to see your debit card for a simple purchase and hold onto it for forty minutes while they fiddle on their store computer. I probably have to press charges or something. This is the last thing I would expect from any retailer. Dont come here, these people are criminals!
