I received a card in the mail, that’s called Direct Mail Advertising, the card stated that as their way of saying “thanks for stopping by and allowing us to introduce these new devises to you, you will receive a $50.00 Visa gift card absolutely free”. I made an appointment and went through the hearing test and is was determined that I have hearing loss. The hearing aids they were promoting were over $4,000 and my insurance would not cover any of the cost. The Audio tech that gave me the test was supposed to see if there are options that maybe my insurance would cover, but that has been several days and I have not heard back from anyone. Also I was told that in order to receive the gift card I would have to complete a 30 day trial of the higher priced hearing aids. The old bate and switch routine is alive and well. Don’t waste your time with these people.

The girls were very nice despite the long wait due to the insurance company being slow!

I was promptly seen at appointment time. The issue with my hearing aid was quickly identified and corrected. Great Service.

The office its very easy to find, though out of site of San Jose, and the staff was very courteous.

They are always responsive and caring. I have the upmost respect for everyone I have dealt with. I highly recommend them.

Have had my hearing tested 4 times before and this was by far the best. Mike Norton isolated my impediment and lived up to the fact that he was more interested in helping me fix my hearing problem than he was trying to make a sale. We discussed all my options including upgrading/trading in my current Sonics, going through my insurance and/or VA. Am reviewing my options and will be back with Mike once I decide how I want to proceed.

I purchased hearing aids at this Jacksonville Beach location only to have them close this office and herd everyone up to San Jose’. I wish I had bought them from a more reliable source.

You failed to contact me on a timely basis that my repaired hearing aid was ready for me to pick up.
