I am a Realtor in Jacksonville and found this company online. I referred them to a client of a home that I listed. They responded quickly, fair price and did a great job. The Seller was happy.This time I called for myself. I needed a small house pressure washed. Kevin did a great job and even sent before and after pictures with the invoice. In the past I have paid people that said they could pressure wash. I paid the same thing that I paid HouseBright and the results for not great. Well worth paying a company that has the right equipment & products to clean effectively. I highly recommend HouseBright.

I am pleased to share with others our recent experience with the services provided by HOUSEBRIGHT EXTERIOR CLEANING.Megan came promptly to appraise the cost of the areas we wanted cleaned, including both chemical and pressure cleaning. What a delight she was!It took about 45 minutes to share what we waned cleaned. Megan took copious notes and submitted a work agreement the next day. It was correct and quite detailed.We had one other company provide a Quote. The person was asked to follow the instructions as I had provided Megan so as to have a comparative quote.The HOUSEBRIGHT quote was in my mind reasonable. It also came in almost 200 less than the second.I have always considered quality is worth a bit more, but Megan’s professionalism sealed the deal. The quality HOUSEBRIGHT delivered could not have been topped! We’re selling our house and wanted to get it cleaned up before the showing - but had we known how affordable and how great it would look this is totally something we’d have done on a regular basis. Kevin did a fantastic job. Extremely through.10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Kevin did an excellent job on our house exterior cleaning and the patio and driveway. His low pressure system combined with chemical additives led to excellent results. We had many dark stains on many walls and the fireplace and everything was removed and looks as if just painted. We are extremely pleased with the services rendered and look forward to do this work on a regular basis. We absolutely recommend his company for similar work.

Have a house with a lot of white trim and garage doors, the type the bugs like to hover around at night, and a bunch of wasp nest and mud dovers up 30 feet high at roof line. Plus a Tremron paver driveway with black build up in groves and Traverine pool deck and screen enclosure, that I could not get the built up gunk residue off.Called HouseBright for appointment, Came out next day, gave me a price and set appointment.Came out on time, and worked until completed. My driveway and pool deck were real bad. 2 days later, the person who cleaned the exterior of the home, called and said he would be in the area and wanted to see how the driveway and pool deck turned out. It still had a little grim in crevasses. The hit the whole pool deck and drive way again, Until it was perfect.Whole this was hassle free, good work and perfectionist type quality. Will be using them every 6 months from now on.

Kevin is such a joy to work with! The scheduling process is painless with the easy to use online scheduler. The only prep that I had to do was move items (cars, outdoor furniture, etc.) off of the surfaces he would be cleaning. He came to power wash while I was at work and I came back to a whole new house!
