Horrible Residential Service!!!! I should have taken heed when I read other reviews! If you are active duty, retired, or in any way affiliated with the military and expect a routine, timelines, or attention to detail DON’T waste your time with this company!

Have had this company for 4 years and I have never had an issue with them u t this year. I dont know what happened to their company, but no one returns voice-mails, they stop taking calls by 4:30 even though they dont close until 5, and I even paid my past due bills and are up to date on everything. They havent picked up my trash in 2 weeks and the neighborhood is all done so they arent behind. They deliberately skip my house.

Poor service. Had numerous times where trash was not picked up. Today I called 3 times to let them know that trash was not picked up and they said they were running behind but they will be there. Well Nope! The trash is still there and it’s 100 degrees and the trash will sit there for another week! Oh and I still get billed for a service that is not being provided! How is that right! Very crooked business!

Made the switch to M&S and they’re rockstars. Always on time every week. Trash and Recycle services are top notch. Customer service is excellent and we appreciate the text updates informing us of any schedule changes, etc. Really can’t beat their price and their outstanding service.

Great service and customer service. There has only been one time they forgot my recycling and I called and asked about it. They got to the bottom of it(called the route supervisor and checked route notes) and said they would either pick it up with my regular trash that week or just be prepared for double the amount of recycling the following week, whichever I preferred. The customer service lady was impressively thorough. Theyre also flexible with how you choose to pay your bills. I have a terrible memory so I ask to pay 3 months in advance and theyve never had an issue with that.

Company service is horrible and forget trash more then they pick it up.

Sadly, I have to say the reason for 3 stars is because although their customer service over the phone is great I never receive a call back when leaving messages. What really did it for me was that I paid in advance for the upcoming quarter and paid the extra fee to get another trash bin. I had called last week and was told I would receive it on Monday; that didn’t happen. So I called on Tuesday and was told that perhaps the order/invoice request was not received on time and was told for sure this Thursday. Well now its Friday and told them I just wanted my credit back to my account, in which the lady complied. At no given time, did anyone say “I’m so sorry.... or perhaps attempt to the root of the problem, she simply stated, “expect your account to be credited within 24-48 hours. Seriously!!!Now I’ve been a faithful customer since Waste Industries decided they wanted to raise prices and charge extra fee, etc, etc. Maybe its time to give the other new trash service company a crack at getting the simple things right!

Nothing short of Amazing! I switched from a higher priced service that continually found ways to charge without delivering service. At this rate, Im never going back. I put my cans out Sunday night, most of the time before I go outside Monday Morning they are dumped. Recycle comes a little later on Wed morning. I thought Id missed them last week, but I met the driver just as he was passing the house about 7 am. He stopped and was very courteous as he dumped my bin .

The office staff is super sweet, however, they have not once picked up my trash on time. My trash collection day is Thursday but they dont pick it up until Friday night, at the very earliest. Sometimes they dont pick it up until Saturday afternoon. They also didnt pick up the week of a recent hurricane, didnt notify me, and still charged me for services they didnt perform.

Terrible service. Always very pleasant on the phone (on the rare occasion they answered), but constantly missing days, picking up late, or re-scheduling service without any warning. Just switched to another company cause it became such a hassle.

The worst trash company in Onslow county! It takes them a couple weeks at a time to even pick up our trash. And they still charged us for the hurricane we had. And still waited 2 WHOLE weeks after we called several times for them to pick up. Do not reccomend this company!! Switching companies asap!

Trash pick up is always random if at all, and their communication is poor to not existent.

Trash. Just trash.Seriously, our bill got one month behind due to our cards getting changed and they skipped our house, after I paid the $25 they still skipped our house. I’m changing to waste Industry. Thank god.
