Been waiting a month for my delivery. still not arrived.... Ive begged them to put I on a different delivery truck like ups or FedEx or even dhl would not recommend them to anyone... and I am contacting the better business bureau...

Reckless driver, on highway I95 jacksonville Fl 6ish pm july 7 2020, was raining, almost got into a major accident 😳

Courteous, pleasant, and extremely helpful. Nice people on the phone, and nice people in person. Two of the gentlemen there on the evening I picked up a large crate were so kind as to shrink wrap the freight to protect it from the severe thunderstorm that was approaching, load it into my truck, and secure it for my drive (all this during an intense electrical storm). They said they were just doing their jobs, and that speaks volumes about the customer service and professionalism of YRC Frieght.

Terrible company. Waited on them to pick up shipment for two days. Did not come with lift gate. Dispatch was rude about their failures

Terrible. Ive left my job early on consecutive days to receive a delivery because theyll only deliver from 11am-4pm. Then the driver says he cant drive his truck into my place - bogus. Called the driver right back after he phones me and he wouldnt answer. Left the scene without giving me my package. A week theyve had my delivery now. Staff doesnt call back when they say they will, not helpful at all. Ridiculous.

Excellent place for shipping

One of the worst experiences ever! Package was supposed to be delivered by 6/25, they lost paperwork, forgot package at terminal, rerouted incorrectly, and it has stalled again just sitting, new expected date is 7/02 and it probably wont even be ready then! 3 babies bdays now ruined. Im extremely upset by the lack of pride they take in their work. Everyone Ive spoken with has only offered apologies, no solutions. To be fair, its not specific to the Jax terminal, they havent even recieved my package yet!

Good communication freight was loaded quick and in good condition

They have had my delivery for two weeks now and no one has called me. There is only one person who can arrange deliveries and she only works until 2pm. Ive tried calling them twice. How inconvenient and unhelpful.
