I saw recommendations on Next door for Roses and wanted to support a local business. I had already priced the cost to mail my package on the USPS website before going to Roses. I was unable to find prices online for Roses to compare. The price that I was quoted at Roses was $8 higher than the USPS website. This was for a small box weighing about one pound. I ended up going to the post office and was in and out in 3 minutes. I would try Roses again to see if it was a fluke but I think the prices are high and they should be posted.

Yea I went there and ask if they do fedex ground. Reply as a yes.Just to be warn, fedex will not pick up Saturday.They also responded on email.Good customer service. The front lady is nice.

I have a friend of mine who had to send a package back to Pennsylvania and when we arrived there wasnt a line of people waiting to mail a package back like sometimes you have to wait in line at the post office (socially distanced). The last time I went to the post office I had to wait in line about 45 minutes to an hour ( They only had 2 people waiting on customers at the time). We were in and out in about 10-15 minutes. My friend and I have been going to Roses Mail Room for at least 10 years. They can do everything tht the post office can do but for less money. They are very friendly and courteous and helpful.

Karen and her husband are great people! They are always welcoming and provide services with awesome customer service. I have used them from printing, faxing, mailing, and mailbox. Their prices are always fair!

Rose and her husband Victor are they best and my heroes. I live in NYC and I bought a car from FL, the car was sent to me without the title and I bought legs and head for the dealer to send me the title but he never did. I randomly called Rose’s office without even knowing her and I explained to her my situation, she decided to help me and automatically sent her husband to this guy office to pick up my title and sent it to me by FedEx. This was more than a Magic. They were both nice and very helpful to me without any reason. I REALLY REALLY RECOMMEND their services to anyone. You will be more than satisfied. I had a barrel to send off to Jamaica, but I could not get there got the opening hours.Would you believe that the wife and husband team opened for me on Sunday. I felt so special. Best place around to mail packages 📦 . She will check the fastest and cheapest ways. Extremely nice and helpful. Conveniently located near university and Fort Caroline rds. They have mailboxes, packing, shipping and freight services available. Would definitely highly recommend.

This is a very great place I love everything about this business they are literally a one stop shop and help out with anything from Uhauling, printing, mailboxes, shipping, fingerprinting and much more the owner and his wife are great people to work with!

Robbery! PLEASE PEOPLE GET RATES/FEES IN WRITING BEFORE YOURE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I was charged $80+ to fax front and back 25 pages and 1 small/light package to be shipped locally/7 miles away.!! He said he gave a discount! . who in there right mind will pay $80 to fax 25 pages downtown when I live in Arlington next to Matthews bridge. Please Sir! and all 25 pages dont have data on its flipside but you still charged for it!! Thats robbery. would explain why your prices arent posted... You Lie, And Correction you did NOT SPECIFY charges prior to the transaction.At the start you said it was one dollar and some change to fax. it wasnt until near the end of my visit as pages were being faxed that you calculated the amount based on a break down OF FEES NOT DISCUSSED PRIOR TO! Youre not being honest!When YOU DID I TOLD YOU TO STOP THE TRANSACTION, AND YOU REFUSED! You took advantage to acquire outrageous, erroneous charges. You did NOT act honestly Nor ethically! this why You dont have a sign posting the charges. I had no idea 25 pgs would result in 50 page charge(and some of the pges dont have info on the backside but theres a charge).The pages were still scanning when i asked you to cancel and i pay for the pages scanned and you claimed you couldnt. That was a lie too, Instead you continued. I stood there 40 mins to be to be robbed. PLEASE PEOPLE GET RATES/FEES IN WRITING BEFORE YOURE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

We drove by Roses Mailroom on March 15th and noticed they also rent U-haul trucks. We were in dire need of a moving dolly, to help our daughter to move out of her dorm at JU. We stopped by but the place was closed! Duh - it was Sunday! As we were leaving, the door opened and a friendly voice shouted, How can I help you? It happened to be the owner of the store (Chris,) who used his weekend to reorganizing the store. Despite our intrusion, he was affable and very helpful. We rented a dolly for a couple of hours and brought it back later on. Chriss actions felt more than just a business transaction, it was a true act of kindness and the genuine desire to help someone in need! We wish Chris every success and to be blessed in everything he does. Truly inspired by his deed. Thank you!

Im trying to get my money back since October 11th, 2018 (today March 5th 2019) – a title validation you charged me for but that never happened, a cargo insurance that you never paid for (receipts available), 3 days demurrage by the container arrival because you did not pay the shipping company (you got paid – 1 dollar after the other and in cash- 1 month in advance and for everything) I will suggest, anyone, to stay away from this company. I don’t wish anyone to experience what I did. Even with the right documentation in your hands, this company/person has the courage to turn it around and let you feel that you are the bad guy. I’m speechless and sorry for having chosen the wrong company for my shipment.
