They make mistakes then wont refund your money.This is not a malicious review to be vengeful it is a review to warn others not to use them.

Trash/Garbage broker. LITERALLY. They lie to carriers about their freight, claim its a post consumer products or load of carpets etc. ITS ALL garbage. They wont pay you for any washouts, they wont care if their customer damaged your trailer - thats on the of paying you 80 cents per mile to haul 45k pounds load.

Went above and beyond in arranging freight after hours for weekend delivery for a storm order. Jerry was fantastic to work with.

Awesome Shipper...Hooked us up...Saved us money...and got the load there faster than anticipated !

Best customer service I have received in a while. Ive used over a dozen 3PLs for my LTL and FTL shipments and Logistics Worldwide was definitely number one! I would highly recommend them to everybody.

They will damage your trailer, trash it inside and wont reimburse your for a washout. Carriers - RUN AWAY. Their accounting is a joke. Looks like its a family business (no outside employees would keep working there, thats for sure) and they dont care about customer service at all.

Just ask the me the Dispatch Queen. A very reliable company.

CARRIES STAY AWAY !!! DONT USE THEM. This company it`s a joke . They send us to a wrong p/u location and they didnt even want to pay TONU . Jerry Cooper and Kily are avoiding any calls by putting you on hold forever . There is never a supervisor or manager on duty . Trying to get hold of they for 2 days. Even 1 star is a lot for this company .

Tried calling numerous times for help, on there stinky Billerica Ma load to Poland OH, which no one should ever take ever, and a lady there was so rude would not let me talk to management, and J coooper wouldnt answer his phone at all, wont pay for truck wash or detention. Horrible customer service.

Drivers beware. Do not book loads with this company. Their brokers are liars who will promise anything to get the load done and then not pay what was agreed upon. They are unprofessional and refuse to pay what is owed.
