Parked at the gate. Got me in at 6am with 10am appt. Got unloaded really quick. They did break my cargo support bar but replaced it. Lumper fee is not bad at all. They do want an actual physical check though.

Friendly folks took about 2 hours to get unloaded theres a lil area around corner you can park for overnight parking its a industrial area so lots of trucks

I was looking for a shipping company to send some items to My father in Puerto Rico and reached out to Caribbean Shipping. From the start Cecillia was very nice and knowledgeable on how to get the hurricane relief items safely to the island. The price quoted was the most affordable I found and the service was outstanding!It look about a week for the items to get there and a few more days to go through Hacienda. Today my dad picked up the generator, water and other much needed supplies. It look about 15 minutes for them to get him the items I sent. He told me that the staff in Puerto Rico were very friendly and helpful. They even assisted him in loading the items in the car!Thank you very much Carribean Shipping!! I highly recommended this company and will refer all my friends and family to you! Job well done.

Very friendly and very fast to get in and out of here. Plenty of room for maneuvering.

Don’t expect to get out fast if you arrive too early for your appt. No overnight parking at the facility but seems it may be on the street “Cabot Commerce Circle” that circles in front of the building around the pond to your right as you come in. You can enter two ways, all the way down and make a left through the gate or you can make a left when half way down and split the two buildings and reach customer from behind the building. They are at the end as you come around the corner. You are probably better off parking in Ga at exit 1 at the two Pilot truck stops since the Loves and Pilot nearby are always full. It’s Florida and you know there isn’t many options to park beyond the truck-stop. Entrance is at the corner behind some dry trailers near gate. You must have your BOL to check in no exceptions so if you lost it then you need it faxed.Don’t pass Cabot Commerce Dr thinking you can reach the customer riding behind the building from the street to the customers. Seems you can looking down from google satellite view but there is a gate there between buildings that prevents you from doing so.

Wish every receiver in this area were this easy to deal with. The ladies in the office were also awesome. 👍🏼

Seems like theyre only motivated by money find ways to tack onto the bill every chance they get. Good at charging you for hours of Labor and doing two minutes worth of work!

Drivers you can park on roads in front of gate or on side streets that rap around lake..theres also a drop yard as you make right that has parking ..they knock on your door if your by the gates around 6:30am and give you a door

In and out in under 3 hours. Shipping and receiving door is in the NW corner of the building inside the fence next for door 1. Took number and called me when bills were ready. Looks like some drivers were waiting for a door when I left. Appt 0700, in door at 0642, bills at 0930.

Called to get info regarding shipping, lady answered sounding as if she just woke up. She had no idea about what I was asking. She kept saying hmmm let me check. She transferred my call to voicemail. I called back thinking it was a mistake but same thing happen only this time she hung up the call. Very Very unprofessional.

Unloading pretty quick, but must have appointments.

Park on commerce drive to check in. Dont be more then an hour early if you are sherrif will ask you to leave. Therers a loop around and you can park on part of that or go to a truck stop. If you do leave and they call you for a door and you arent there they will give it to someone else.

Awesome place my appointment was 8 I showed up at 20 after 7 and was out of there by 8 a.m.

First time being there they got a few parts inside book about 3 so dont go there looking for a part just find somewhere to park they got truck stops up there on 95 not too far from there just dont go down to 295 cuz theres a bunch of Bob tails in there

Ok place. Dont follow your GPS as there is a 9 bridge ...take exit 353a them right into myrtle them turn right at stop sign. Go to lite Beaver.turn left go to Stockton turn left to Dennis St turn left..on the left side just before bridge
