Fabulous company!! Highly recommend. Kustom was doing work in my home for several days this past February, and I was very impressed with both the quality of the work and their professionalism. I am always wary to have strangers in my home, but I NEVER once felt uncomfortable leaving my house while they were working and even enjoyed getting to know them. You can tell they vet their hirees thoroughly.I have many contacts in the real estate business and made it a point to share my experience with them because I know it can be a real struggle to find companies that consistently deliver quality work for their clients. Kustom is a rare gem in this regard. Also, kudos for being so communicative and reliable. No surprises with this company; they show up and get the job done professionally and efficiently. When I was on vacation in Utah I had a pipe break at my rental property. I received a call from my tenants in the middle of the night about flowing water throughout the hall bathroom and living room. I work for Kustom in the Jacksonville office so I immediately called (Marc White) a General Manager and his technicians to help with the Emergency. He treated my loss with care and consideration. He was able to explain the process to my tenants and did an amazing job preventing more damage which helped speed up the repair process. Kustom was recommended by our insurance company to do reconstruction after we had water damage. After dealing with some other contractors, we did not have high expectations, but Jason and team did a fantastic job and were ahead of schedule. We found some issues after our LVP flooring was laid, and without question Kustom pulled the floor up where needed to make it right. We will definitely recommend them in the future.
