Everyone person I interacted with was very professional and sweet. They helped me get into a job I wanted and ended up enjoying and loving more than I thought I would. I ended up staying permentaly at the position. They were one of the first companies that actually listened to what I was looking for and helped me get into that position. Not just trying to get numbers. Anytime I hear that someone is looking for a job, that is who I recommend them to.

Spherion has helped me is so many ways then one! I can say personally I was treated like family rather then just someone who needed a job. I love Spherion. They were all professional and kind. Marmee, Ashley, and Stephanie were my personal contacts. Marmee is very real and empathetic to any hurdle. She has a very human perspective. Ashley is kind and responsive, even outside of business hours, shell get right back with you. Stephanie is extremely professional, as she should be for an Operations Manager, but also caring and understanding. They all groomed me for success, and just after 3 months, I have found a permanent position with the best fit in a career Ive ever experienced. I worked for spherion with Coach and they really are an amazing group of ladies. Before covid they showed up to the job more than once a week to made sure we were all ok and gave us a boost of positivity. Even when we started working from home during covid they made sure we were all taken care of. I have worked with a lot of staffing companies but this one is the best!!

I moved from Miami to Jacksonville end of 2015. Marmie helped get me into my first job here in Jax. A couple years later when I decided to make a change, she again helped place me into a great job. Ive been at the current job more than 2years now. Both times she helped me, she really put in the extra effort presenting me well to her client. She also placed me in positions I was able to make permanent - it was more than a temp position, she gave me opportunities.100% would work with again.

I have been looking for a full time job for a year now. I put my resume on a job site and Spherion called me. They helped me through the interview for the job and I got the job, making more than I thought I would. They are very professional and are very helpful.

You wont be disappointed! They were extremely friendly and helpful from the first time I talked to them over the phone as well as in person. They get a very in depth overview of what kind of job you are looking for and did excellent with finding me a job that matched my skills and experience! Definitely give them a chance if you are looking for any type of work, including temp jobs. I interviewed for a temp job, though I wanted permanent, but figured at least I would get some more experience if nothing else, after the interview I was told they were going to make it a temp to permanent position! So dont be afraid to go for a temp position with a company, you never know. They have some big name companies they work with as well!

Spherion is such a great staffing agency. Ive been treated more respectfully here than any other staffing agency in Jacksonville (Ive been to several). The others seem to ignore me once Ive been there. Even when I try to just check-in, I dont hear back (Im highly skilled and well educated). Celena has been so good to stay in contact with me ever since I met her in person. Ive appreciate even the 1 day assignments Ive gone on and that shes always kind and friendly. I would recommend Spherion to anyone.

This was my first time working with a temp agency i went to one interview they set up and did not get the job . They called me the very next day to fill in for someone at a law firm. After working at the firm for a month or two i was offered a full time position where i am currently still working and mind you i have no legal experience at all Everyday i am learning new things and surrounded by great Successful people . Your work ethic speaks for itself spherion can open the door for you but its up to you what happens after its open. Thank You Spherion ! :)

Celena Vella is the account manager I am assigned with. She is wonderful!! The offices are bright and contemporary, all of the staff I met were extremely nice, but Celena is just simply the best. I was not selected for the first assignment I applied and interviewed for; in a few weeks Celena called with another position she thought I would be well suited for. I was hired! Yay! It is so rare for a staffing company to follow up after the original assignment falls through, but not Spherion. Such a professional group to work with.
